Overall, it is still ok given the price.
Pros:

Good value of money. Drinking vouchers are provided while the room is not ready, which is quite nice. Food is delivered fast and good value of money generally.

Cons:

The room has a strong smell of chlorine. And the air conditioner on the roof along the door corridor are making loud noises making me up at 6am.

Pros:

The location, views and the staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

That the bathroom door didnt close. The handle was there but there was no inner mechanism so the door didn't close.. it was only one night.. but for just under $540, I'd expect a fully operational room, which includes all internal doors.

Dissatisfied
Pros:

Buffet breakfast and location

Cons:

Staff I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with there lack of service to help, I have stayed there for the last 2yrs and I’m a big believer on customer service, which the Pullman failed to achieve, I won’t stay there next time, I will stay at the Novotel, which is cheaper and closer to the event.
