Not impressed.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Lobby is clean.

Cons:

Not enough towels on site. This was our second stay at this hotel and both times there were not enough towels at the pool. Stayed in two rooms a week apart. Both had cracked bathroom sinks, rusty bathtubs, and drainage issues. There were stains on the carpet and the window leaked in the second room we stayed in, from the rain outside. That was room 513.

I appreciated the great late night check-in.
Pros:

The staff were quick and helpful, Emily and Michael went out of their way to help with a late late night arrival after a long day on the road. It was very much appreciated. Please pass along my thanks. I don't often travel in this part of the country but would stay at this hotel and will be recommending it. Again, thank you for the excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Cons:

I had called before arriving to verify late check-in and mistakenly thought there would be no front desk service after 12.
I thought I recalled reading this info, but I could have been mistaken.

We like the facility. Breakfast could be a little better.
Pros:

The cleaning staff was so helpful and very nice.

Cons:

I didnt like the staff that check us in. She was not accommodating. Not very welcoming. Never see her smile.
And i dont like that in your website you said you charge $75 for pet but we were charged $100. And i paid more than i booked.

We had a comfortable stay. Location was great.
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Some aspects of the hotel room need updating. Hard surfaces like headboards and hard furniture need replacing. These showed significant wear. The bathtub in our room was rusted at one corner and water would pool everytime we showered no matter how well we would utilize the shower curtain. Ceiling above the shower was dirty with hair.

Not what I expected.

Cons:

No keys, felt bad for the front desk, because of no keys fiasco, was unable to purchase anything (snack/drink wise for myself and kids) at front desk because lady who was really sweet was so so busy with key stuff. Could hear EVERYTHING EVERYTHING in the hotel room from the room next to us. I thought room was hot. They also ran out of towels

It was far below what i would expect from The Hyatt.
Pros:

One staff member, after mistreating my daughter, was nice to me.

Cons:

Upon check in, we were told we did no5 have a room, even though it was confirmed. We finally did get a room after waiting about 40 minutes. The check in clerk looked like he had no clue what he was supposed to do then turned around and charged the wrong card, charged the wrong a count and caused an overdraft.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location size of room

Cons:

Advertised as having restaurant, not true. Low quality free breakfast, children creating constant mess. Noisy neighbors until after midnight, no enforcement of quiet time. TV provider poor, not much free selection.
