Added $400 in extra charges and won't remove them
Pros:

They added $400 in extra charges, said they would contact me about removing them and have done nothing about it. No help, no accountability.

Cons:

It was all pretty bad. Rude at front desk, on the help line and everywhere else.

Find A Better Hotel
Pros:

Terrible hotel and terrible experience. Person at the front desk was rude and clueless. The hotel itself is dirty and in poor condition. The shower in our room would only provide scalding hot water, so we couldn't take a shower. To cap things off, they raised their pet fee to $125. We won't be staying here again.

Pros:

I was surprised that the beds weren't comfortable, with the appearance of the hotel be as nice as it was. The beds were horrible, breakfast was pretty good,but I thought it was strange that there was a sign in the lobby telling people not to take food back to their room. Otherwise it's a nice place.

Pros:

Convenient location. Room was very spacious. Clean room. We requested 2 rooms and that they be close, or even connecting. We got connecting rooms and it was VERY helpful. Mostly quiet overnight. Very satisfying experience.

We loved the hotel, room, staff was super friendly except for 1, super clean and comfortable, breakfast was also good
