Cons:

The bed was horribly soft as a result of age. The bedsheets were itchy, I had to change to a bed cover to stop the itching.
Breakfast was horrible…how on earth would you serve the guests pre-made waffles?
The cotton was also torn. No microwave

It was ok overall. Need complimentary coffee and shouldn’t get rudeness asking for towels

Check in was 3 hours late. We booked 4 rooms and one wasn't ready until 6:00. Check in is at 3. All of our rooms had disgusting rust stains in the bathroom. There was a torrential downpour from the ceiling in the pool. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude when we understandably upset that our room wasn't ready 3hours past check in. I am incredibly upset with the customer service.

Cons:

Could use some updates and several things were tattered and torn, carpet, etc. The hallways were hot and humid but the room was comfortable. The elevator had issues while we were there. The phone in the room wasn’t even plugged in to anything and was basically a prop. There was no channel list or any way to figure out what was what with the tv, the guide button did not work.
