It was spotless, decorated beautifully for graduation, and the staff was excellent.

Cons:

The only thing is that I booked these rooms 8 months in advance and wanted us all to be in same area. We had 4 rooms and all on different floors which made it hard with the elderly folks with us.

Pros:

We loved the basketball court, pool, and BBQ area! The fire pit was a great place to sit at!

Lovely, spacious, well maintained accommodations to spend with family.

The staff was very pleasant and kind. The room was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. Our favorite things about the hotel, however, were the pool and outdoor terrace with the firepit, which made relaxing at the hotel a lot more fun.

Cons:

Though the bed was comfortable, the pillows did not offer much support. The biggest issue we had with the room, however, was the shower, which did not drain sufficiently. After about 3 minutes, the water would start to back up and pool around your feet. It also would have been nicer if the complimentary shampoo and conditioner were more effective or smelled better.

Good location with good amenities
Pros:

Location was nice, you can walk the area. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

When we walked into our room, there was a strong smell. We had to leave the windows open for awhile. It smelled like maybe someone smoked in the room and then sprayed heavy cologne to cover it.

Great experience
Pros:

We were first timers with Homewood Suites. We selected it for location, suite set-up, and openness to our dog. We were very pleased. The room was large and included a sitting area and small kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped, including silverware, dishes, cooking pans, etc. The provided breakfast downstairs was excellent. It was quiet and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel needs a deep cleaning
Pros:

I was so hopeful to stay here again after two years. Thought the management would listen to my past review.. well at least they said they would make changes. This hotel continues to receive high praises .. not sure why. This is my last stay.

I tried to clean the air vent so I felt comfortable turning on the air conditioning but there is so much build up on it.. it was useless.

Will definitely be back
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. Workout room was a nice perk and the free breakfast the next morning was amazing!!! Our beds were soooo comfy and the rooms had every amenity we needed! Staff were friendly and overall I’d say it was a 10/10.

Cons:

We enjoyed every part of the property. The courtyard in the center was really pretty and looks like a fun grill time if you’re ever interested in doing that!
