Pros:

Was really nice but the floor was sticky and had a smell that somthing fell on the carpet and was not cleaned properly.

Terrific for a family gathering, including my dog.
Pros:

Love that I could connect with 2 other couples to BBQ & enjoy a meal
Together in the great room. Continental breakfast was varied & plentiful.

Uncomfortable mattress
Pros:

I am a loyal Hilton Honors member and came here for a family long weekend trip. The room was of the quality I expect from Hilton with one exception. The condition of the mattress was unacceptable. It was very thin and lumpy, not like most hotel mattresses. It was not even comfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on. I had difficulty sleeping and woke up with a sore back. The front desk personnel, Jasmine, was very helpful and assigned us another room. When we went to check it out, the mattress was of the same quality. This is not a personnel concern, but rather one that needs to be addressed by management. I expect quality sleeping conditions from Hilton and will change to another brand should this happen again on my next scheduled trip in 3 weeks.

Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Wish kitchen had a pair of scissors as this item isn’t allowed on the airplane.

Cons:

The girl at the front desk was awful. We had paid online for the room. We arrived 2 hours early and she didn't even try to get us a room that was ready! I explained we were tired from traveling and still she got even more stern. My husband and I are 73 and 75 yes. Old with many health issues. I asked if we could hang out in the lobby. Begrudgingly she said yes.
We sat patiently for over an hour when that girl left her post and a much kinder girl came over to us and asked if we had been waiting. She immediately got us a beautiful room! She was very quiet but very kind.

Dog Friendly, Clean & Tidy, Comfy Bed and linens
Pros:

Needed a dog friendly place to stay after a long 8 hours on the road. Jasmine @ the desk was courteous and efficient. Received a text from her shortly after getting to our room to make sure all was good and offering assistance during our stay.
Room was spotless and spacious. Kitchen super clean.
Lobby area and fire pit very nice. AWESOME dog walk area at back of property with waste bags and trash can. Plenty dining options nearby.

Pros:

It was spotless, decorated beautifully for graduation, and the staff was excellent.

Cons:

The only thing is that I booked these rooms 8 months in advance and wanted us all to be in same area. We had 4 rooms and all on different floors which made it hard with the elderly folks with us.
