Pros:

Great location, very convenient for shopping, food, yet still quiet from traffic.

Had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and exactly like the photos. The on duty managers were attentive and all staff were extremely kind and helpful, very responsive throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, one of the best we've had, large variety of local and continental dishes displayed lavishly with attentive service throughout.

We would love to stay here again in the future!

there should be rooms without bath tubs because for elders its very hard to get in and out
Pros:

I did not really enjoy the breakfast being vegetarian and my diet does not have onion and garlic and so i couldnt have dosa because the chef was making it after sauting onions on the 'thava' or dosa pan....

The dining experience also reflected limited awareness and flexibility around specialized dietary requirements. There appeared to be very few low-carb or keto-friendly options available, along with a lack of proper understanding of gluten-free, lactose-free, and sugar-free dietary needs.
In addition, requests for simple accommodations or healthier additions — such as avocado — were often declined outright instead of being handled with a more guest-focused and solution-oriented approach.

Wont stay here again.
Cons:

The AC was not working. After repeatedly complaining, somebody would come, do something, then tell us -we have now reduced the temperature to 21 or 22 and yet , the room remained hot. The easiest was to move into a different room.

Also, looking at the ITC brand, the rooms are of a very old type. Although clean, it leaves us with a feeling that a brand like ITC has not revamped or refurbished the rooms for ages.

Anyway, the problem- In the summers - where the temperature was 36-38 degrees, they did not look after their guest's comfort.

Not upto the standards of the rates that they charge for their room

breakfast was good

Cons:

the rooms were not clean. there was dust everywhere, trash from previous guests in the corners, bathroom was very dirty. especially the hair dryer was so dirty we did not date touch it. we had our room changed as the first room that was allocated had mould in the bathroom and the flush was not working
