Categories

Cleanliness
5.8
Mixed to negative: multiple reviews cite dust, mould in bathrooms, stained furniture, dirty hair dryer, dampness and unclean toilets, though a few guests noted rooms were clean.
Service
9.6
Generally very positive: staff repeatedly described as prompt, polite, warm and empathetic with attentive managers; a few isolated service failures (booking/handling of AC complaints) introduce some inconsistency.
Location
9.6
Strongly positive: many guests praised the convenient, quiet location, good views and proximity to shopping and amenities.
Room Quality
6
Below average: several reports of dated rooms, jammed doors/curtains, AC failures and bathroom issues (mould, dirty fixtures), though some guests found rooms as advertised and comfortable.
Amenities
6.8
Mixed: pool and common facilities were appreciated, breakfast service was extensive, but issues noted with TV/channels not subscribed, limited kids' activities and some lacking in-room amenity maintenance.
Value for Money
8.4
Mixed-positive: some guests explicitly called it good value, while others felt the room condition and cleanliness did not justify the rates; overall value buoyed by strong location and service.
Food and Beverage
9.1
Generally strong on breakfast (several guests called the buffet a highlight) but weaker on menu flexibility and specialty dietary understanding; some felt overall food taste could improve.
Overall Experience
7.9
Standard for the target rating: overall a mixed experience — many positives around staff, location and breakfast, tempered by inconsistencies in cleanliness and some room/amenity issues.

Overall good experience including breakfast and room dining
Pros:

Good clean property in good location

Cons:

Lift not available in the evening for guests to go from Reception ( 1st floor) to Ground floor. You have to use Stairs to go down & the exit is locked from outside & security doesn’t all entry or exit to ground floor lift. It is very inconvenient for elderly persons
