Pros:

Stayed one night while traveling. The front desk and other staff were great. That’s the positive. Otherwise the room was dated and in need of a deep cleaning. The bathroom also not properly cleaned and vent was so loud you had to keep the door closed and when opened the smell of mildew was overwhelming. Mold was present around bathroom fixtures and built in soap Dishes in shower. Wallpaper appeared buckled from moisture. Hallway smelled of marijuana. If you do stay there Make sure to request room in front of hotel otherwise noise from freeway is pretty obnoxious. No free parking nor breakfast offered. Expected better from the brand. Would choose a different property next time around.

Our room was not cleaned at all during our four-night stay. Despite requesting housekeeping service, no one came to clean the room; the towels were not replaced and the trash was not removed. Although the hotel has a great location, the complete lack of basic housekeeping for four days was unacceptable and significantly affected our overall experience.

I didn't eat breakfast. It would be more convenient if it was included in the price.

Cons:

The room was dated. It didn't feel clean, as the bedding and carpet were dated. The overall feeling didn't feel clean. I wiped down everything and sprayed with Lysol, as the room didn't have a comfortable, clean feeling.
