Super Lage und verkehrsberuhigt am Rande der Altstadt mit tadellosem Personal und überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung. Das Parkplatzproblem wird durch den Hotel-Parkservice gelöst.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und mit Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet - und doch ist da bezogen auf die Hoteleinstufung in der Aufbereitung/Qualität Luft nach oben.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral.

Cons:

Das Personal empfängt einen unfreundlich, dies zieht sich über den ganzen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer hat einen alten, fleckigen Teppich. Das Spa besteht aus einem Pool, der bereits braune Ablagerungen vom dreckigen Wasser hat, einem Jacuzzie welcher nicht funktioniert und einer Sauna für die man keine Handtücher bekommt. An der Decke liegen Rohre frei und der ganze Fussboden ist nass. Das Frühstück bietet einzig eine Sorte Brot. Es gibt keinen frischen Kaffe sondern einen Kaffeautomaten, welchen man selber bedienen muss.

Tolle Lage, schönes Ambiente und sehr nette Angestellte.
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich topp, das Hotel sehr liebevoll gestaltet, besonders der schöne Innenhof hat es uns angetan. Wir waren zum Dia de la Cruz dort und es war ein schön geschmücktes Kreuz aufgestellt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist Parken (dank Valet Parking) kein Problem.

Good except for theft.

The hôtel Wash very Nice, but…

Cons:

We were on the 1st floor with a small balcony. In the middle of the night a thief came into our room through the open balcony doors and took my iPad, phone and handbag with my wallet etc.
The police came, but there was no hope of apprehending him as there were no security cameras outside the hotel. I advise anyone staying at the hotel to keep their balcony windows closed until the hotel fits security cameras outside.
