Es war super
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof, das Personal war sehr angenehm, mein Fahrrad konnte ich problemlos mit dem Fahrstuhl in die Tiefgarage in einem separaten, abzuschließenden Raum und das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Leipzig ist eine tolle Stadt . Der Bahnhof ist super und das Hotel ist direkt gegenüber.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage , das Frühstück war reichhaltig und toll. Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich war hilfsbereit und nett. Wasser auf dem Zimmer wurde auch nachgefüllt. Ein Ventilator stand zur Verfügung. Brachte aber bei den Temperaturen leider so gar nichts.

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unfreundlich , gelangweilt und desinteressiert. Hatten wohl ein sehr schlechten Tag erwischt. Es wurde auch nicht gefragt, ob wir einen Parkplatz benötigen . Wir standen dann in der Tiefgarage Augustusplatz. Das Zimmer war zu warm . Keine Minibar, somit war das kühlen von Getränken nicht möglich.
Keine Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer sind altbacken. Im Großen und Ganzen nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Das Zimmer war zum Hof, man hörte aber trotzdem bei geöffnetem Fenster die Straßenbahn.

Alles könnte perfekt sein, ABER.....
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, was für einen Städtetrip ideal ist.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Leider wurde der insgesamt positive Eindruck durch einen sehr wichtigen Punkt getrübt: Weder in den Zimmern noch in der Lobby oder im Restaurant gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Wir waren während einer Hitzewelle mit Temperaturen von bis zu 39 °C dort, sodass es nachts kaum möglich war zu schlafen.
Außerdem funktionierte die Lüftung im Badezimmer nicht, und ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre bei diesen Temperaturen ebenfalls sehr wünschenswert gewesen.
Mit einer Klimaanlage und einigen kleinen Verbesserungen wäre das Hotel wirklich eine hervorragende Wahl.

Die Lage (sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof)

Cons:

Schlechte Kommunikation des Personals untereinander, Personal an der Rezeption war nur teilweise freundlich, die Zimmer waren viel zu heiß, keine Klimaanlage, Ventilatoren zu schwach, Bettlaken sauber aber teilweis zerrissen, Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, Shampoo-Spender im Badezimmer wurde nicht aufgefüllt, Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr vielen Fruchtfliegen, kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Frühstück.

Trotz Strassenlärm ein schönes Hotel.
