Hotel komfortabel, Personal top. Leider sehr laute Lage des Zimmers

Sehr sauber.Einrichtung funktional. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer der Strassenbahn zugewandten Seite. Die Bahnen sind sehr laut.Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht möglich. Leider hatte ich beim Buchen nicht auf die laute Lage geachtet.

das Personal ist sehr freundlich, für das Haustier war alles bestens vorbereitet, das Hotel besticht durch den alten Charme von aussen und das moderne gemütliche von innen
das Frühstück war super und reichlich in der Auswahl
die Lage ist sehr gut- zentral am Bahnhof, um alle Ziele bestens zu erreichen
für die heissen Nächte gab es eine mobile Klimaanlage

Cons:

die Stadt müsste mehr gegen die Drogenkrimminalität im Nahen Stadtpark tun- dort mag man nicht mit dem Hund spazieren gehen- alles vermüllt und Drogenhandel sogar am Tag

Sehr freundliches Personal, ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.
Ein sehr schönes Hotel.
20qm Zimmer mit sehr großem umd sauberen Badezimmer.

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer wäre super gewesen, allerdings gab es einen Standventilator.
