Very good experience at Park Plaza.
Very nice hotel, courteous staff, excellent restaurant (Oasis), dishes well prepared - our appreciations to the Chef and the Kitchen team. Our appreciation to Mr. Raja, Restaurant Manager for guiding us through the menu and making the appropriate recommendations.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We had a very privileged stay the manager and every single staff member was very attentive and we really enjoyed our stay and would surely come there and also recommend the place to anyone

Good Ambience and Food Menu is nice

I had a wonderful dining experience at this 5-star hotel. The food was delicious, the ambience was elegant, and the overall service was excellent. Special thanks to Raja from the dining section for his exceptional service and hospitality. He was very polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.
Raja truly made our dining experience more enjoyable with his friendly and professional approach. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to visit again!

This is my third week at Park Plaza, and I really enjoy dining at Oasis Restaurant. Special thanks to Mr. Raja — he’s a real multitasker! He notices everything, takes care of the food and service, and always makes sure guests are comfortable. Really friendly and attentive guy. Great experience overall!
Also, special thanks to the Chef Mr. Rajendran He always checks with us about the food and keeps asking if everything is comfortable and if we need anything else. He really makes us feel comfortable with the food, just like home. Really appreciate his care and attention.

Everyday room was cleaned properly as per our expectations. Persons who worked for room neatness - Gobu, Mugilan and Viswanathan

Nice experience with my stay. Housing keeping staff was very friendly and responded very quickly to my requirements especially Gobu, Thiru, Srimen and Vishwas. They were amazing people.

Had a very comfortable and relaxed stay, it's a property which is easy to reach and at the same time kept away from all the city noise.

Had a wonderful experience.Great food, especially the recommendations by Mr.Raja at the Restaurant.We also like to thank our hostess at the restaurant who was from west bengal whose name as i understand is Ariisht( sorry for any misspelling).
One should try the Thai chicken which was recommended by Shri Rajah.It was simply delicious.

All services at the hotel were very good and all staff were supportive. Room cleaning services staff were very good. Would like to.mention and appreciate Mr Gobi and his team were very good.

Rooms and foods was so good. Raja(Manager) was so humble.

Renovate the rooms. It's very poor, washroom has very poor ventilation, shower pipe doesn't work properly. AC suddenly works more & some times doesn't work as expecter. Only hospitality is good but rooms are bad. Repair it, im observing since my past 3 visits.

Good response and taste food given and staffs are polite and Karthik is given good response and polite.

Park Plaza restaurant is really good! Dinner food is great and also the breakfast! Please try Dosa in the breakfast and Biryani at dinner! Both buffet and a la cart options are great! Very well orchestrated by sir Karthik
