No volveré a quedarme en este hotel.

Cons:

Reservamos por app una habitación con dos camas queen size y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que no existían esas habitaciones, bajo mi esposo a preguntar a recepción y la gerente contestó super mal, grosera, igual que una empleada que estaba ahí mismo.

Cons:

Tuve un inconveniente con la persona que cuida la puerta de la playa.( Seguridad )
Cuando llegan sus amigos a platicar usan palabras groseras no les importa que los huéspedes los escuchen..
Y se quejan de las "' pinch...?!+/?_?$ propinas" sus palabras que les dan .los huéspedes
Todo en voz alta..
Pero en general todo fue excelente

La verdad me sentí incómoda, había parejas homosexuales muy atrevidas en la alberca, no tengo nada en contra de la comunidad LGBT, Pero yo creo que para darse muestras de cariño tan atrevidas hay lugares más íntimos, en la alberca de al lado
habia niños, familias, presenciando todo, yo creo que deberían de tener más atención es eso, además la alberca en las orillas tenía residuos raros!! Espero no ofender a nadie con mi comentario, tengo varios años hospedandome en ese hotel, Pero la verdad ya no me gustaría volver a hospedarme ahy. Gracias
