Me gusto y estube muy tyranquila
Pros:

Buena hubicacion, limpio, cercano al malecon, muy familiar, las piscinas muy grandes pero les falta malla sombra porque el sol esta muy fuerte.
La habitación muy amplia y limpia

Cons:

Que las albercas no tengan sombre y el que n o hubiera sillas en la playa , nosotros teniamos que pedirlas
La entrada de la playa esta un tanto descuidada

Todo me gusto pero recomiendo colocar malla sombra en las piscinas.

No tengo mas que decir solo las mallas sombra es necesario porque el sol esta muy fuerte

Cons:

las cortinas de la regadera estan muy duras y no se pueden acomodar y se sale mucho el agua. tirar con frecuencia su basura ya que se ve muy mal el camion lleno de basura.

Beach was perfect location and very clean and beautiful. This was my second time visiting the resort and I have to say the mood of the staff was not good. I found them to be rude at the beach and not helpful or accommodating, last time they walked you to a chair and set up a table and offered you drinks and food, this time NOTHING and there was only 4 chairs being used so staff could of definitely helped and been more friendly. We had 1 great waiter at the pool a tall younger guy and he was very helpful.

Cons:

I feel like the staff needed to have a better attitude. The cleaning staff was great and very helpful but restaurant and beach staff were not pleasant.

Que está sobre la playa y buen. Servicio por parte del personal

El baño de la habitación no contaba con extractor ni ventanas, así mismo había filtración de agua por el cancel de regadera. El estacionamiento está algo reducido y pues dejar el auto afuera queda propenso a un golpe o rayón por estar algo chicas las calles

Great, olderbbeachside hotel

Being on the beach, hearing the sounds of the waves and night. The AC was excellent

Cons:

It’s deteriorating — in the pool, tiles are missing. The pool is also dirty and waiters rarely come by. The systems are very old-fashioned and paper/based. towels are also paper-based, and if someone loses the paper, it's big trouble. when you check in, it takes forever and if you want to order a drink and put it on your tab, you need you to go back to the front desk to set up a tab then back to the restaurant. There are absolutely no servers on the beach. They all stand around and chat and don’t wait on anybody.

Is beautiful, but I ask for 2 rooms together and they give me very far away one each other and I don't like it because we have kids so they separate the family, so I don't like that ,they have rooms empty close to me but they said to give one off those rooms I have to pay a lot more money And I said why I have to pay more if When I do my reservation I ask for the rooms together or close ,,but they said is you didn't do the reservation right,

Tuve mala experiencia, pero no tuvo que ver con el hotel pero si un colaborador lo recomendó y hasta fue muy insistente para comprar comida en un lugar cercano y la verdad muy mala la experiencia. Tienen mucho mejor restaurante ustedes.
