El trato del personal fue de una prepotencia que yo en lo personal no había experimentado en ningún otro destino, yo creo que les falta una capacitación muy en serio, no quiero decir que haya sido todo el personal porque reconozco algunas excepciones, sobre todo de las más jóvenes

la alberca estaba muy bien y bonita. la playa hermosa y el personal en recepcion muy amable.

Cons:

no tenia elevador para todas las habitaciones y subir 3 pisos para mis padres que son mayores de edad fue algo dificil. el piso esta un poco resvaloso si estaba mojado. y las habitaciones que tiene cocina estan un poco oscuras

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel, en general me gusta por su ubicación y sus instalaciones

Cons:

Esta vez cuando estube en palapa los meseros me ignoraron siendo que me levante y fui para solicitar su servicio y no llegaron . Otra cosa fue el ruido, estan haciendo remodelacoiones y los golpes etc. Si me despertaron

Perfect location, beautiful beach in front, awesome pool area for adults and families alike. The staff is the best in Mexico ! Fun, kind and very helpful. Zona Romantica has everything you need. Grab a styrofoam cooler from across the street to keep your drinks cold in your room !

Hotel familiar bueno, bonito y de precio cómodo en una de las zonas más tradicionales de Vallarta.
Pros:

´La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada. A pie de playa y en plena zona romántica. Tienes todo a la mano: restaurantes, tiendas, todo. En general la experiencia es muy agradable y el precio es bastante cómodo para familias de ingresos medios y el personal es súper amable. Puntos extra porque tienen palapas que dan muy buena sombra en la playa.

Cons:

Me parece que hay varias partes del hotel a las que ya se les nota el paso del tiempo. Detalles tan sencillos como que muchos de los azulejos de la piscina se están cayendo o que los muebles de las habitaciones ya se ven muy viejitos es muy notorio; sin embargo, insisto, el precio es bastante competitivo por la zona en la que se ubica.
