BEST VIEW
Pros:

BEST VIEW in Carcassonne or anywhere. Make sure you go to the top bar. The pool was a lovely extra touch too. Our rooms felt comfortable and safe. We loved the little balcony. The location was amazing.

Could add a bin in the toilet for women.

Séjour de deux nuits pour visiter la cité. Juste le pont à traverser et un peu de marche.
Pros:

Une vue exceptionnelle sur la cité de Carcassonne ! une petite terrasse pour en profiter s'il ne fait pas trop chaud ... mais on était en pleine canicule. Petit déjeuner excellent

wij hadden een ruime kamer met uitzicht op het kasteel. Het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

De receptioniste die wij hadden was of niet kundig genoeg of had nieuwe bril nodig. Tot 2 keer toe heeft ze aangegeven dat ik nog ontbijt moest betalen en de toeristenbelasting. Terwijl op de papieren van boeking toch duidelijk stond dat dit bij inbegrepen was. Gelukkig had ik mijn reservering papieren mee (in het Frans).

The position of this hotel is excellent and the paid for secure parking was perfect. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The hotel could do with someone spending a day checking the decoration and touching up parts that are a bit worn or damaged. Minor stuff.
