Belle chambre moderne décorée avec goût, petit balcon avec une vue sur la cité de Carcassonne magnifique. D'une très grande propreté avec étage bar pour déguster un bon cocktail avec une vue imprenable de la cité pour faire de belles photos.
Nous y retournerons car avec cette grosse chaleur nous n'avons pas pu bien visiter Carcassonne. Une bonne note aussi pour notre chien qui a été super bien accueilli car il peut être avec vous au bar et dans le restaurant très rare de voir dans un hôtel !! un grand merci

The 2 good things were the 2 staff on the top floor bar and the food

Cons:

Guy on desk not helpful at all, room was dirty small noisy and very basic lot of nothing, no milk, no water just bottle, with no lid, told to fill on landing. Carpet in room stick to the feet. Very much like a student lodgings

Die Lage mit Blick auf die Burg ist hervorragend. Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war sehr engagiert. Der Frühstücksraum ist im 4. Stock!!!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mit wenig Obst ausgestattet bzw. Es war schon 1 Stunde vor Frühstücksende aus. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten im 3. Stock ist sehr abgewohnt, u. a. Flecke im Teppich.

Quirky Hotel with a fabulous terrace and view.
Pros:

A great hotel with the very best view of the Old Town from their rooftop terrace. It is a super quirky hotel with interesting art and a trendy bar. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Cons:

The only downside was no decaf coffee in the rooms or at breakfast.

Nähe zur festung , tiefgarage beim hotel .Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmergrösse toll. Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Wir mussten auf das zimmer warten und haben deshalb einen Kaffee getrunken. Keine Kulanz gegenüber den Gästen: wir mussten ihn bezahlen. Wenig Ablage im bad. Toilette separat aber ziemlich klein.
