Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno genial, la cama super cómoda que te permite descansar después de estar todo el día pateando las calles . La gente de recepción es muy amable y no todos te entienden en español.

Cons:

La habitación daba a un patio donde estaba la chimenea de las cocinas y hacía un poco de ruido hasta media noche pero por lo demás bien.

Séjour très agréable à Carcassonne

C’était à distance de marche du quartier historique.
Le personnel était accueillant et efficace.
Nous avions tout l’équipement nécessaire.
Viennoiseries et café disponibles à la réception.

la posizione dell'hotel consente di ammirare da un bel punto di vista la città fortificata. il roof top carino per un aperitivo ma piccolo per ospitare diverse persone. Sala colazioni molto bella e colazione ottima. Parcheggio coperto per la moto ottimo

Very happy and well looked after.

Superb location
Everything as expected and better.
Comfortable beds and good bedding and pillows. Great shower and products.

Lovely bar and breakfast room and super roof top area.
Cheap wine and breakfast was only 8e per person.

Cons:

Toilet separate to rest of bathroom. It was small, dark and smelly. Room had overall feeling of being grubby. Coffee in coffee dock was terrible and very expensive. There was no flexibility at dinner for Coeliac. 'If I change something for you I'd have to change for others' is not a reasonable response to someone who has genuine health condition. Decor is gloomy.

Schade, das Tribe hat den Standard des vormaligen Les Trois Couronnes nicht behalten. Keine Wiederh.
Pros:

Der Ausblick vom Restaurant aus bzw. vom Rooftop auf die nachts beleuchtete Festungsanlage sowie das Abendessen ebendort haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Nachdem wir vor mehreren Jahren bei einem Besuch mit diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden waren, als es noch "Les Trois Couronnes" hieß und vermutlich unter einem anderen Besitzer lief, waren wir beim jetzigen Besuch vom Hotel allgemein recht enttäuscht. Die Tiefgaragenzufahrt ist schwierig zu finden, und es gibt keinen Aufzug bis zur Rezeptionsebene.
Der interne Zugang und sämtliche Flure sind schwarz gestrichen, die Gestaltung der Zimmer zeigt ebenfalls hauptsächlich die Farbe Schwarz: schwarzer Schreibtisch in schwarzer Nische sowie schwarze Garderobe in gegenüberliegender schwarzer Ecke. Man muss höllisch aufpassen, dass man nichts an dunkler Garderobe vergisst, weil man es einfach nicht mehr sieht, wenn man es abgelegt hat.
Vielleicht muss man eher Höhlenmensch sein, um sich dabei wohlzufühlen.

La ubicación. Estabas a un suspiro del puente de entrada para acceder a la cuidad y de allí al Castillo. El trato fue muy bueno, el desayuno, la piscina ... lo pasamos genial
