Great location with fab views of the castle day & night from our comfy room & balcony as well as from the rooftop restaurant & heated pool area. Cafe in reception and helpful staff willing to store luggage in secure room - excellent stay x

Pros:

Localização, com vista perfeita para a muralha. Rooftop e restaurante (onde também é servido o café da manhã) com vista linda. Funcionárias da recepção muito atenciosas. O hotel fica a poucos passos da ponte antiga, a qual se atravessa para ter acesso à muralha e cidade velha.

Cons:

Café da manhã sem reposição das comidas quentes, mesmo às 9:00. Sucos artificiais, nenhum suco natural.

De locatie is echt top.

Cons:

Het hotel is aan renovatie toe. Het was ook overal niet even proper. 4 sterren voor de locatie is ok. Voor de rest zeker geen 4 sterren.

Great stopover in Carcassonne.
Pros:

Excellent location with great views of the castle. Parking garage was a bonus. Would definitely return.

Convenient, friendly, great views, needs just a little more to be perfect.
Pros:

The location is excellent, 5 mins from the central square and looking across the river to the castle etc (15 min walk)

Cons:

The rooftop terrace had amazing views, but needs cleaning more often . Also part of the shower surround randomly fell off (room 218) during our stay, the noise made us jump out of our skin! It was just a piece of aluminum, but made a big noise!

La vue , la piscine, l'accueil, le service , le petit déjeuner. Endroit chaleureux .

Cons:

Pouvoir voir la belle vue sur le château et le soir avrc ses lumières. La piscine tres bien aussi .
D'avoir mis des serviettes a disposition pour éviter d'avoir froid.
