I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable and quiet. They are family friendly and I really like that. It was non smoking and that is great.

Cons:

I didn't enjoy the amount of calls to Booking.com to try and cancel my second room reservation under my moms name. The property was very helpful but your emails back and forth were terrible. I had to call Booking.com and have them call the property to make sure the property would receive the email to allow cancellation. The property was quick to answer and told me they sent an email saying they would only charge for my room and not the second one and authorized a refund. Once I was home Booking.com said they never got the email and would change nothing. I tried emailing the hotel for a copy of the email to then contact Booking.com and no response. I gave up. I realized I was not going to be helped. I wont book through Booking.com again. The property though, I would return to, just the booking will be directly with them next time.
