出行非常方便。可以點外送/快遞到酒店（後門有外送箱）。
Pros:

上海宏安瑞士大酒店最讓我滿意的是它的位置。緊靠久光百貨，靜安寺旁。有地鐵2/7/14，浦東機場直達靜安寺大巴。周邊餐飲/百貨選擇眾多，是購物天堂。

Lage war sehr gut, die Betten waren recht komfortabel und das Schwimmbad war ganz schön. Room Cleaning war immer top und hat gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Das Hotel war sehr runtergekommen teilweise, Personal meist recht unhöflich, Englischkenntnisee nicht wirklich vorhanden. Teils muffiger Geruch im Zimmer und Hotel. Wasserdruck und Temperatur teilweise sehr schlecht. Executive Lounge nicht zu empfehlen, Essen war meist nicht (mehr) frisch und Auswahl war sehr mager.

Was allerdings wirklich das schlimmste war: Ein Mitarbeiter der Gepäckaufbewahrung hat meine Freundin nach einer guten Bewertung gefragt, welche Sie aus Höflichkeit aufgrund der Nachfrage und leichtem Druck auch verfassen wollte, als es dem Herrn aber nicht schnell genug ging, riss er meiner Freundin das Handy förmlich aus der Hand und wollte die Bewertung selbst verfassen. Dies ist ihm aber aufgrund von Schwierigkeiten mit der englischen und deutschen Sprache nicht gelungen. Das war wirklich zum Abschluss ein sehr sehr schlechtes Erlebnis. Dies sollte kein Umgang in einem Hotel sein. Egal in welcher Preisklasse. Ich hoffe, dass das Personal besser geschult werden kann.

前台和禮賓台的服務都很好，尤其是禮賓台的沈先生，服務親切又快速
前台在我反應噪音時也能迅速的幫我換房間，服務和態度都非常好

Very⁹ Kind club lounge staff!!!
Pros:

A hotel in a good location for first-time Shanghai travelers. Breakfast is usually... The cleanliness of the rooms is good. The club lounge on the 27th floor was especially convenient to use. All the staff members were kind to me, provided me with various assistance despite my lack of knowledge about Chinese culture and systems, and took care of restaurant reservations, food delivery, and tourist spot reservations for me. I was especially grateful that you provided me with Chris mango every day. She made my dream come true. I am grateful to the staff at the Club Lounge for providing many conveniences during my stay, and I will pray on my way back to Korea that the hotel manager will read this and provide them with bonuses and vacations.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Had such a wonderful stay here! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient.

The Executive Lounge was definitely my favorite part. It was quiet, relaxing, and a great place to enjoy breakfast or relax in the evening. The food was fresh, and there were plenty of drinks to choose from.
