Call it an isolated case but the room 1726 given to me it was full of problemsss

I’ve been staying at the property for the past 15 years and in general the hotel and the location is great

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel at 12am midnight after a a long flight, the room card couldn’t unlock the door, went down to the reception to change the card, again the door couldn’t unlock, we spend 30 mins, the technician came and they asked to repair the door……. I told them I’m tired from the trip and asked to transfer me to other room, they said it’s full occupancy. I stayed there finally by opening the door with the use of the business card of the staff which is one pass use. After I enter the room late around 1:00am I called the room service for dinner and they told me to call back in 10mins cause the responsible person is in the toilet. What the f…..ck!! by the way land line phone cable has problem too, since while talking there was a frequency wave and you couldn’t listen well!! Then inside the bathroom there was trimmed hair behind the sink which wasn’t cleaned properly by the house keeping. DONT CHOOSE ROOM 1726!!! Anyways I always put high ranking scoring, but this time they made my life hard and I was tired to death!!!the hotel is old and the staff must pay more attention to details and the managers to supervise strictly !! Within the next 5 years this hotel will face serious technical problems and they cannot rely only on the good sales they might have just because of the prime location!! Anthony 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷 who has stayed more than 100 times in this particular hotel!!
