Pros:

La stanza era carina e nuova.

Cons:

Gli spazi comuni erano un po’ trascurati, c’erano molte ragnatele e anche ragni, anche là pulizia in stanza non era il massimo. Il tetto del bagno era strano potevo vedere i tubi, i fili e tutto il resto.

Letto comodo e parcheggio

Cons:

Staff poco cordiale e gentile per nulla disponibile, ed in questo mestiere venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente è fondamentale invece erano infastiditi anche da una semplice richiesta di un paio di forbici per 2 secondi. Migliorabile la colazione e per cortesia il caffè portatelo al tavolo siamo italiani prendiamo espresso al mattino, non costringete un ospite a fare la fila per un caffè, fate passare un cameriere è molto più semplice e ordinato.
altro fattore negativo rumore notturno in camera del sistema di raffrescamento? non so cmq rumore.

On the whole it was a very enjoyable stay, comfortable rooms, good air conditioning, staff very nice
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, buffet good choice of food and drink

Cons:

the evening meal could have had more choices and the service was rather slow

Ci andiamo ogni anno per la posizione vicino alla fiera. Colazione ottima.

Cons:

Non sembra un 4 stelle. Camere da ristrutturare completamente compresi i bagni. Rubinetteria completamente da cambiare

Ottimo hotel da congresso
Pros:

Personale gentilissimo, buono il ristorante, prezzi adeguati, porzioni adeguate. Stanza molto spaziosa, ottimi i materassi.

Cons:

La stanza veniva rifatta e pulita bene, ma aveva assolutamente bisogno di una pulizia approfondita ( ragnatele alle finestre e altrove ed esterno box doccia sporco)
