Guests are welcome to use the spa facilities from check in at 3pm until 11am on the day of departure.
Please note treatments and massages are available and need to be booked in advance.
Bedroom images shown on our website are of certain room types but may not be the actual room you will be allocated to your booking.
Guildford Manor is a busy wedding/event venue and as such does play host to events Friday, Saturday with music possibly played until midnight, while we do try and allocate rooms away for the sound this does depend on room types.
On arrival you will be asked for a £50.00 per adult pre-authorization fee, which can either be used to pay your bill or will be released back to your account on departure.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Prachtige ligging en mooi, karakteristiek pand
Het bed in de eenpersoonskamers is erg kort. De kamers zijn oud. Je zou meer comfort en uitstraling verwachten bij zo’n pand. Geen verlichting in de oprit, erg donkere omgeving.
The room was lovely.
I only arrived late - I found it difficult to find as the roads around and the hotel sign and drive were poorly lit.
I don’t know much about the hotel as I only slept there and left early the following morning
Easy to get to many of the places we wanted to visit, the grounds are beautiful. The room itself needs updating
There were a couple of niggly things, a massive stain on the carpet in our room. The skirting boards were really dirty. The first day our room was done by housekeeping all they did was empty the bins and fill the teas, nothing else was done. We had to ask for a bath math as water comes out of the walk in shower, that took two days to arrive. We also had to ask for more toilet paper.

Absolutely stunning when you pull up the gardens and the smell of the flowers as you walk in is lovely. Stairs everywhere!! Not the easiest when you have suitcases.
The room we were in was not very clean, full of hair and just didn’t feel clean.
Restaurant was excellent, swimming pool was excellent, staff were exceptional.
Stairs were heavy going, but that's my fault for not booking a ground floor.
Sayingthat the top floor, 4 poster bed was fun, my son enjoyed hiding undearneath it

My masseur was terrific and really knew her stuff. The setting was delightful and the staff we met were friendly and helpful
For two people on the wrong side of sixty, no lift and no staff to help negotiate (a lot) of stairs with suitcases etc was disappointing.
It felt a bit light on staff over the two days but those that we did encounter were very welcoming

The room was amazing with a great view of the grounds..The staff were friendly and professional. This hotel is a real gem. It's deceiving because it feels like you're a million miles from nowhere yet a few miles from the city. The facilities were good too. Loved the outdoor jacuzzi. Love the swimwear dryer, my local leisure centre should take note! One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.
Ignore the negative comments. Don't hesitate to book your stay!
The leisure areas are not suitable for children. The inside pool as to much chemicals.
Breakfast was poor and staff not helpful.
