Em geral correu tudo bem. O hotel só tem pequeno almoço mas encontra um restaurante nas traseiras do hotel com bons preços e boa comida.

Cons:

No pequeno almoço quando os ovos ou o bacon acabavam, já não reponham mais. Por isso recomendo irem cedo.

Angesagt war kostenlos parken in hauseigener Tiefgarage...hat 7 tage funktioniert dann für weitere Tage 7€ tgl. Ab 1.7.26...schade ... trotz fragen... abgelehnt und abkassiert
Kein Deutsches TV ...aber über handy hotspot auch netflix und mediatheken und google TV möglich auf dem TV im Zimmer.😍
Alles sehr sauber ..Frühstück hammer ...alles da..alles frisch.... mit Crudo und sonstigem allerlei...kaffee..Säfte...süsses.,.haben es sehr geschätzt

Rapport qualité prix très bien.
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment incroyable !!!
La piscine est top pour les enfants car ce n’est que de la petite profondeur.

Cons:

L’odeur de l’eau de la salle de bain est horrible.
Odeur de chlore et de Javel, assèche énormément la peau après la douche.
Chambre avec « Jacuzzi » mais il n’aura servis à rien vue l’odeur immonde de l’eau.

Petit bémol du Petit déjeuner c’est tous les jours la même chose, pas grand choix..

Struttura stupenda
Pros:

La struttura dispone di uno staff gentilissimo ed educato e le stanze sono sempre pulite visto che vengono riordinate ogni mattina compreso con shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone. La colazione e' super abbondante con colazione salata e dolce e con la presenza di frutta. La piscina e' super pulita con 4 piscine di profondita' diverse da un minino di profondita' di 15 cm ad un massimo 90 cm quindi buona soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini

Cons:

Se dovessi dare un consiglio al proprietario piu' che una critica, investirei nell'aggiornamento degli arredi delle stanze dell'hotel

Détente assurée après des journées chargées.
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Sanlu à Serrano.

L’établissement est très agréable, les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et impeccablement entretenues. Le petit-déjeuner est particulièrement apprécié : très varié, copieux et avec des produits de qualité, il permet de bien commencer la journée.

Le personnel est chaleureux, attentif et toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes avec le sourire. Mention spéciale également pour la piscine, parfaitement entretenue, adaptée aussi bien aux adultes qu’aux enfants. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre et se rafraîchir après une journée de découverte des magnifiques paysages des Pouilles.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour dans la région.
