Dated but great for the price. Clean and great for a base for one night for Chessington world.
No air con but had a fan
Everything really. Was a stop over between adventure parks for us. Friendly happy staff. Great breakfast. Shower was a bit iffy but comfortable bed made up for that. 1 adult, 2kids family room.
Shower could do with a service but worked & hot water so no real complaints.

Showers need a replacement and bed mattresses are not comfortable sorry needs to be replaced

Too hot for duvet I used the cover only. Duvet was heavily stained . Looked like a mass volume of old blood! Like many hotels everything is old and needs updating.

The location I cannot fault which was a short drive to the city centre.
The room had no air conditioner despite the weather being extremely hot. We were given a room in a west wing where the sun set which meant it was hot. The fan in the room wasn't strong enough to give cool air plus it broke in half. The TV remote didn't work so you can't change a channel or turn the volume up or down. The mattress was so hard and the pillow stinks of someone's odour from the head. It's like when someone's sweaty head slept on it and the pillow never got washed. The pillow case is clean but the pillow itself underneath smelled bad. We couldn't sleep all night besauce of the heat. The fan was on and the windows were wide open but it wasn't enough to cool the room. It was a horrendous night. I made a vow to never sleeping in a hotel again after my experience. I'd go Airbnb all the way.
we really like this hotel as the room sizes are great especially travelling with our dog there is plenty of space to put his bed, a floor standing fan was provided in the room which was great (we did take our own as well anyway) the staff are always friendly and polite. the full English breakfast is always something I look forward to here.
the only negative is that the hotel says it is dog friendly but you can not take your dog into the dining room, so luckily they let us have room service and brought our breakfast up to us free of charge, my dog could not be left in our room if we went to breakfast without him because he would bark non stop. its a shame that there is not a little room of the side of the main dinning room where we could have breakfast with our dog.
