Sehr schönes helles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.Teils der Mitarbeiter können gut deutsch! Großes und gutes Frühstück- und Abendbuffet. Schöne Bar.Strand ist nur über die Promenade, Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Schöne Hotel anlage.Flughafen mit Taxi nicht mal 10min. entfernt.

Es gibt nur einen kleinen Minus Punkt:
Hatten mit Abfluss der Dusche Probleme , waren 3x bei Rezeption, leider wurde es während unseren Aufenthalt nicht gerichtet.
Aber war kein Problem,...
Sonst kann man nichts negatives sagen.
Die Zimmer sind super - bequeme Betten und das Personal geht auf "fast" jeden Wunsch ein. TOP LAGE!! das Frühstück ist weltklasse - es hat alles von A-Z und es schmeckt alles super fein - es wird auch frisch alles zubereitet. / Ich kann das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen.
Klimaanlage war in unserem Zimmer etwas laut, wurde aber an der Rezeption erwähnt und man hat sich sofort darum gekümmert.

Krásny hotel, príjemný personál. Ešte som nazažila hoteľ kde 2 krat za deň upratujú izby, ešte aj pozornosť nechajú . Na každom poschodí k dispozícii filtrovaná voda a výrobnik ľadu. Každý večer organizovali program. Vynikajúce raňajky a večere. Jednoducho hotel na úrovni: pekný, čistý, so super atmosférou a vynikajúcou polohou.
Mohli by byť na raňajky parky a nenašla som maslo. Ale aj tak raňajky boli na veľmi vysokej úrovni.
We stayed for four nights five days as part of a trip to tour around Spain. We used this hotel as a break for our poor feet after travelling through Barcelona.
As Canadians, we are used to doing all inclusive trips yearly down south to the Dominican Republic or Mexico. The food at this hotel is second to none and 1 million times better than any hotel we have ever stayed at in those countries. The only downside is that we are used to having all inclusive or three meals a day with all drinks included whereas in this hotel, it is only half board with two meals and drinks only included at breakfast. There are lots of good restaurants down the street from this hotel if you require lunch.
What I appreciated most about this hotel is the fact that it is an adults only hotel and that I could sit by the pool in silence to read my book. In other all inclusive hotels that we visit yearly the music is booming and it is a party atmosphere. This one is very quiet and calming and gives you a chance to rejuvenate.
The room we stayed at was a standard one and very small for two people. We didn’t spend much time in the room so that wasn’t really an issue but could see it being one if you were staying for a week or longer.
The staff is extremely attentive and very helpful. Whatever you need, they do their best to try and accommodate you. I also know that they speak a lot of different languages.
The beach is only across the street which is fabulous. When we travel to Mexico and the Dominican the beach area and the loungers belong to the hotel and are free to use. The beach loungers here belong to private enterprise and so you must pay between 30 and €75 per day for two lounge chairs and an umbrella. Not insignificant, but important for Canadian visitors to realize.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come again. It is too bad it is such a long flight from Canada!

Das Frühstück bietet wirklich für jeden etwas. Es gibt frisch zubereitete Omeletts, vegane Aufläufe, spanischen Käse und vieles mehr. Auch die Mehlspeisen sind sehr lecker und das Nutella/Nocciola vom Zapfhahn ist natürlich ein kleines Highlight.
Das Restaurant „Origin“ können wir ebenfalls empfehlen. Die Preise wirken auf den ersten Blick vielleicht etwas hoch, aber das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker und die Qualität stimmt. Es ist eben kein Fast Food Restaurant.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt am Strand. Wer gerne viel Zeit am Meer verbringt und zwischendurch schnell mal aufs Zimmer möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat bei Fragen oder Anliegen immer versucht zu helfen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Zimmer ist schon sehr klein. Zwischen Bett und Wand sind vielleicht 40 cm Platz, man kommt gerade noch so vorbei. Bei fünf Tagen Aufenthalt wurde die Bettwäsche leider kein einziges Mal gewechselt.
Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten beim Frühstück war für uns wirklich kaum trinkbar. Das Frühstück an sich bietet zwar für jeden etwas, aber bei manchen Sachen könnte definitiv mehr da sein. Von frischem Gemüse wie Tomaten oder Paprika gab es zum Beispiel jeweils nur eine (kleinere) Schale und das bei über 100 Gästen. Dementsprechend war vieles natürlich schnell weg.
