Wyjatkowy hotel i przesympatyczna obsuga. Poczawszy od miłej recepcji witajacej szampanem a skończywszy na serwisie pokojowym. Pozdrawiamy pokojowke Nievet oraz menagera Fabricio!
Hotel oferuje przede wszyskim rewalacyjne jedzenie! Bardzo duży wybór śniadańi kolacji. Baseny, spa i oczywisnie plaża! Polecamy na krotki wypad do Palmy. Z pewnoscia wrócimy!

apart from the shower being in the bedroom everything else was very good
Pros:

breakfast was excellent - very wide choice of food and beverages and high quality of food / all staff very professional helpful and welcoming / location is great just in front of beach and bus stop to get to Palma town centre and to airport only 1 minute walk

Cons:

the shower is in the bedroom and water gets out of shower and on bedroom floor - there is no separate room for shower /sink

Amazing hotel and services
Pros:

Amazing breakfast and excellent staff service. We got upgraded to a beach view. The facilities were ample. Amazing to be able to hear the waves at night. Best place I've stayed at by far!

Świetny hotel i bardzo miła obsługa. Szczególne podziękowania dla Cristiny z recepcji, była niezwykle pomocna, serdeczna i profesjonalna. Dodatkowo zrobiła nam wspaniałą niespodziankę z okazji urodzin, co było bardzo miłym gestem. Dzięki niej nasz pobyt był jeszcze lepszy. Bardzo dziękujemy!

Bra läge men inte prisvärt.
Pros:

Mycket bra frukost samt en cool roof pool. Läget passade oss perfekt då vi landade sent och vill hja två nätter nära flygplatsen.

Cons:

Osynkade hissar vilket gjorde att det stannade på alla våningar. Väldigt små rum. Folk paxade solstolar väldigt tidigt.

Reception was a disaster , beginning from check-in and for all our stay , you had to keep calling to get something done , seemed like no one knows nothing there. When we arrived in the room the safe door was broken , literally hanging without the possibility to close it. One of the days the cleaning cleared our room from everything, when we came back we didn’t had a single glass in the room , also no coffee or towels left in the room. Outside at the pool some days they provided excellent service , other days no one came to ask you if you want anything, you had to go inside to ask yourself.

Przy basenie jest problem z leżakami . Jeśli się pójdzie na lunch czy do baru czy nad morze na 40 minut ściągają ręczniki i po powrocie nie ma się już miejsca,

Es war ein entspannter ,wunderschöner Urlaub an der Platja

Wir wurden freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen und bekamen eine kleine Erfrischung.

Ordentlich renoviertes Hotel in Arenal. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war zwar sehr groß, die Qualität konnte jedoch leider nicht überzeugen. Viele Speisen waren bereits vertrocknet oder warm, da offenbar keine ausreichende Kühlung vorhanden war. Eine große Auswahl bringt wenig, wenn die Qualität darunter leidet.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die schön renovierten Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig. An unserem Duschkopf hingen bei der Ankunft schwarze Haare, die während unseres gesamten viertägigen Aufenthalts trotz Reinigung nie entfernt wurden. Der restliche Zustand des Zimmers war in Ordnung.

Poolhandtücher gibt es nur gegen Kaution und mit einer zusätzlichen Karte, für die ebenfalls eine Gebühr beziehungsweise Kaution hinterlegt werden muss. Dieses System empfanden wir als unnötig kompliziert und wenig gastfreundlich.

Ein weiteres Problem war die Situation am Pool: Bereits am frühen Morgen waren nahezu alle Liegen reserviert, sodass es kaum möglich war, einen Platz zu bekommen.

Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns überhaupt nicht. Das Hotel ist den aufgerufenen Preis leider nicht wert.
