zu wenig liegestühle und die reservationen der gäste vor 07 uhr und dann blieben die stühle stundenlang unbenützt

The hotel is really nice, the vibe, the food, the services. We really liked that they have beach towels that you can exchange daily. The thematic food days were really nice, the specials especially. The water refill from the lobby is a nice feat. We had a really good stay.
PS: it was my wifes birthday, so they brought a complementary processo bottle, that was a nice gesture.
In the elevators and on the halls, was pretty hot, but manageable. And at the pool, a bit of more hard order would be nice, as the people were putting towels on the sunbeds even though they were not coming.
Everything was perfect! Staff were amazing, facilities are spotless. Location is a bit out from the Palma centre but the bus is a quick and reliable way to get there.

Air conditioning in the room set to a minimum of 18°C which is not cold enough for the summer months.

Das Hotel verdient meiner Meinung nach 7 Sterne und nicht nur 4. Die Lage ist hervorragend, da es sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen befindet. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind ein absoluter Traum.
Auch das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr gut. Alles war frisch, sauber und von hoher Qualität. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Mitarbeiter wurde ich stets freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt.
Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchte ich jedoch dem Management Christian aussprechen. Sie ist immer vor Ort, sehr freundlich, äußerst hilfsbereit und kümmert sich mit viel Herz um die Gäste. Sie nimmt sich für jedes Anliegen Zeit und findet selbst für besondere Wünsche oder Probleme stets eine Lösung.
Dies war mein erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, aber ganz sicher nicht mein letzter. Ich werde sehr gerne wiederkommen und kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Wyjatkowy hotel i przesympatyczna obsuga. Poczawszy od miłej recepcji witajacej szampanem a skończywszy na serwisie pokojowym. Pozdrawiamy pokojowke Nievet oraz menagera Fabricio!
Hotel oferuje przede wszyskim rewalacyjne jedzenie! Bardzo duży wybór śniadańi kolacji. Baseny, spa i oczywisnie plaża! Polecamy na krotki wypad do Palmy. Z pewnoscia wrócimy!
