Erholsamer Familienurlaub!
Pros:

Das Abendprogramm war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, insbesondere die Livemusik und die Casino-Night haben es uns angetan! Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich wohl.
Die Lage ist toll, nicht direkt am Strand, aber fast und der Strand ist in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen und er ist nicht so überlaufen!
Das Essen ist phantastisch! Und das Haus wird ständig gereinigt und instandgehalten, ist in einem sehr guten, sauberen Zustand und es riecht immer gut!
Badesachen konnte man auf dem Balkon auf einer ausziehbaren Mini-Wäscheleine trocknen.
Die Reinigung bringt die Wäsche innerhalb eines Tages zurück - kaum zu toppen!
Insgesamt war das ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub!

Cons:

Zu Beginn des Aufenthaltes sollten wir uns entscheiden zwischen 1. täglicher Zimmerreinigung samt Handtuchwechsel und dafür kostenloser Nutzung des Spa-Bereiches mit Innenpool und 2. täglicher Zimmerreinigung und kostenpflichtiger Nutzung des Innenpools.
Wir haben Ersteres gewählt, leider. Zu Beginn wussten wir noch nicht, dass der Innenpool sehr klein ist und nicht zum "Schwimmen" geeignet, so dass wir für nichts und wieder nichts auf den Service verzichtet haben. Das war ein Fehler, zumal die Kinder auch nur zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr dort sein durften.
Und ich hatte mehrmals darum gebeten, dass unsere Betten ohne weitere Aufforderung alle zwei Tage frisch bezogen werden, weil sie oft sandig waren und wir sehr geschwitzt haben. Das hat nicht geklappt, wenn wir sie nicht extra abgezogen hatten. Aber das kann man natürlich tun und dann bekommt man sie frisch bezogen!
"Seitlicher Meerblick" hieß in dem Fall "einen Ministreifen Meerblick", über andere Gebäude hinweg und zum Innen-Pool hin - das war ein bisschen irreführend und für den saftigen Preis zu teuer!

Cons:

Indoor Pools müssen extra bezahlt werden, im Bereich der indoor Pools/Liftbereich extrem unangenehme Gerüche nach Kanal… mit Kinderwagen teilweise mühsam da viele Treppen und nicht jeder Lift führt überall hin.
der weite umständliche Weg zum Meer ( mit Kinderwagen); Abendveranstaltung extrem laut zu hören wobei sie pünktlich Schluss machen

Solicité check out un poco mas tarde, y no me dieron opción a pesar de indicar que pagaría lo que fuera. Me trasladaron que la habitación debía limpiarse para entregar a nuevos huéspedes, cosa que no sucedió, dado que al llamar al dia siguiente por una zapatillas de mi hijo que se quedaron, me indicaron que acaban de hacer la habitación.
Del resto todo perfecto.
