The location is nice, the staff is friendly

Cons:

Our room was not at the main courtyard, the entrance was somewhere else but not too far. We were hoping to spend some time in the evening in the garden since it is nice but the door was already locked and since our entrance was also from somewhere else we couldn't really enter that part. The room was looking into a very small abandoned garden, so it felt claustrophobic. Besides there was only very thin glass door in the bathroom/toilet, it is not very nice. It feels like it wasn't very good money to value ratio.

Amazing Location in the Heart of the Medieval Citadel

Good location.
Pros:

The staff were kind and friendly. The location was amazing. The courtyard area was beautiful and relaxing.

Cons:

The room and facilities in general felt like they need refreshing. We could see the charm it once had however for the price charged, it came across really more of a 3-star. The breakfast was also very basic, and small. It makes me sad to provide an average review, it was charming as a property, however it was expensive, and I think perhaps the management don’t see that the hotel at this stage needs some investment.

Beautiful hotel

Fabulous location very close to grand palace.
5 minute walk to all the shopping inside and outside the old town.

Pros:

This hotel is in a good location in the old town of Rhodes. As taxi’s cannot enter the old town, the hotel will come to pick you up at the gates in a buggy on arrival. The hotel is very appealing, with a lovely entrance and garden. The room was very nice and spacious.

Cons:

As this is a small boutique hotel, it has limited reception hours (staff are not there 24/7).

Such a lovely vibe, in the heart of the town. We even got collected from the port in a 6 seater buggy! So accommodating
