Excelente ubicación y trato por parte del personal
Location was excellent, easy walk to everywhere near the main square with the Clock Tower. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The shower pressure was rather low.

La atención y lo limpio que está siempre.
Que está ocasión cerca de la habitación había ruido 11:30pm de un taladro y a las 6am los huéspedes de todo el pasillo comenzaron a hacer ruido y nadie del personal les comentó que tenían que guardar silencio aún a esa hora (eran niños con adultos que parecía una banda de guerra). El colchón ya era demasiado suave comparado con las de otras habitaciones que nos han tocado ahí mismo.
Me encantó la ubicación del hotel y el personal super amable.
La cama estaba un poco dura y se escuchaba todo el ruido del restaurante, además olía a comida del restaurante.
