Very nice. Close to harbour.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Lady working in breakfast room was very efficient & friendly. Kept area clean & well supplied with food & essentials.

Short and not so sweet.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, particularly the lady who checked us in but unfortunately that is where it ends.

Cons:

The room was not clean, the two beds were covered in hair when we entered the room. Every sheet, pillow and towel had hair from previous guests on it. The floors were covered in what we suspect were noodles of some kind?
It resulted in a very uncomfortable stay and we left first thing in the morning.

Nice hotel, great location, reasonable rates
Pros:

Everything was very nice at the hotel. Comfortable room, quiet, good breakfast, reasonable price, great location for access to ferry for crossing over to Vancouver the next morning.

Good location to stay in Nanaimo.
Pros:

We were very impressed with the woman who managed breakfast. She worked very hard. Front desk was helpful when asking about the bus.
