Pros:

Breakfast was great - good selection of food, fresh and hot.

Cons:

They took our IDs and photocopied them - We had been travelling for two weeks and this was the only hotel that did this. Seemed excessive.

Pros:

The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We loved having the little patio that faced the trees, and we were able to sit outside to enjoy the sunshine. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was so lovely. We will be back.

Clean and friendly hotel located walking distance to everything!
Pros:

The check in process was fast, friendly and efficient! The rooms have good comfortable matresses. The little sink inside of the room is a big plus!

Cons:

The pillows are big according to me, but it’s not a really big issue. It is only my opinion and some people may like this.

Pros:

A perfectly satisfactory 3 star hotel with helpful staff and a great car park. The room was big, if a little dated. Great location for the ferry out of Nanaimo.

Adequate but could do much better.
Pros:

Easy to find, plenty of parking.

Cons:

The breakfast was served with wooden cutlery . The beds and pillows were too soft. The wastebasket only emptied once during my 4 night stay and the bed not made up at all.

I didn’t stay
Pros:

The reception lady was nice but I really don’t like our room that’s why we decided to get right away the room when we see the BED is so dirty wth LOTS OF HAIR
