Localização e simpatia dos funcionários

Cons:

De forma geral hotel sem condições para ser um 4 estrelas.
Hotel ultrapassado e sem comodidades ou condições para hóspedes. Quarto sem Wi-Fi, tomadas, nem uma única cadeira de apoio, tudo velho, barulho brutal de gente a gritar e a correr, barulho constante do elevador a trabalhar (tem apenas 1 elevador!!).

A faltar cerca de 1 hora para encerrar o pequeno-almoço, o cenário é de guerra, sem quaisquer coisas para comer ou beber. Um desastre a uma segunda-feira, imagino ao fim de semana ou pleno verão...
Não compreendo tantas avaliações positivas...
Um hotel do campo com check out às 11h da manhã!?!?
