Pros:

It was ok .. not wow... the rooms were ok but not too clean ..like below the couch pillows was so dirty but rest was ok

Cons:

We had booked one 1 bedroom suite and 2 standard rooms and were a mix of adults and kids aged 40,40,20,18,12,7,7 and 3. we got the rooms so far from the suite .. imagine the kids were at one corner of the floor and the suite with the parents were at the other corner. this made our stay so bad and hectic! Me as a mom I was between the rooms all the time!! The water was not getting hot, i called the technical team, he fixed it once then again no hot water!! we took a couple of showers with cold water!!! the receptionists were not too nice.

Pros:

Beautiful clean hotel in a fantastic location. Staff are very polite and friendly. Free hot drinks and water in the lobby until 7pm is an added bonus. Can't wait to visit again

Perfect spot for family. Walking distance to malls and main stations to get everywhere in Bangkok.
Pros:

Spacious and good views.

Cons:

Bedroom unclean - bed wheels incredibly dusty, wall had stains on them from previous guest and carpet smelt a fair bit. There was no bowls or plates despite a kitchen.

Pros:

Overall, the hotel is excellent, the location is superb, and the staff’s service and welcome are outstanding. The rooms are excellent, featuring amenities designed for comfort and luxury, and all beverages and light snacks are provided free of charge on a daily basis

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the breakfast: the options were limited, and most of the dishes served were not Halal. Furthermore, the breakfast area did not match the hotel's overall standard or the expectations of its guests. Most importantly, the hotel needs to diversify its Halal offerings and keep them separate from non-Halal dishes

Great stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is at prime location, within walking distance to all the big malls. Hospitals are also nearby. My husband needed to get an emergency treatment and within 5 minutes we already arrived at the hospital. Other than that the facilities are great, my children enjoyed to game room and pool very much. For room amenities, the kitchenette and washing machine also a big help for my 7 days stay with the kids!

Cons:

Hotel can probably provide simple cooking pan to be used on the stove for light cooking.

Quiet luxury
Pros:

The room was great, the inclusion of a washing machine is a godsend in the hot, humid weather. There is a peaceful luxurious ambience as soon as you enter the lobby, which continues all the way to your room. Amazing staff, which has become the norm everywhere I've been in Thailand. Minibar was complementary (no alcohol), and a free coffee station in the lobby. In a quite street with nice sidewalks in the vicinity, for those that have been to BKK a bit, you'd know that's not always a given.

Cons:

Not much. If I was to be pedantic, not quite as close to transport as some other options but having said that, it was reasonably close to the Ratchadamri and Chit Lom BTS stations, both walking distance.
