Una expericiencia muy agradable. Gracias a todo el personal del hotel!
Pros:

- Lo mejor el trato amable y cercano del personal: servicio de limpieza, recepción, personal de piscina, personal de asistencia en comedores, personal de festejos en planta 6. Sin duda es su seña de identidad, no lo perdáis nunca.
- El espacio de la piscina está muy bien cuidado y equipado (zona de cócteles, duchas para quitarte arena después de la playa, dos zonas de juegos, zona de cócteles, servicio de comida rápida entre el almuerzo y la cena con cierta variedad, …).
- La comida es aceptable y variada. En nuestro caso, destacar que el desayuno tiene muchísimas alternativas. Muy buenos los caldos/consomés que siempre ponen en el desayuno y comidas.
- La ubicación céntrica es otro de los puntos fuertes del hotel.
-Zonas comunes, pasillos, habitaciones y baños muy amplios. Las habitaciones son enormes y cómodas.
- 4 ascensores, que funcionan muy bien, punto importante también.
- Servicio de Taxis a la puerta del hotel con los precios más baratos de la isla (otros taxistas de la isla me han llegado a cobrar casi el doble por el mismo recorrido). No quiero otros taxistas después de conocerlos a ellos, muy puntuales y amables (preguntar por Mambo, el rey de los taxistas).

Great all inclusive good location but do not relay on the internet!!!!!!
Pros:

Funny great staff, nice food but the internet sucks.

Cons:

The internet is very unstable. Slow and disciplined all the time. The gym is great with all equipment you need, but it is not big enough to hold that many people. So it is not easy to train good.

Gran primera visita a San Andrés
Pros:

El hotel es muy central y queda en la zona turistica con muchas cosas cerca. A una cuadra de la playa y tiendas y almacenes alrededor. La comida estuvo siempre genial y disponible en los horarios establecidos y buena de sabor. El bar tambien estuvo genial. Me gustó mucho que al dar la vuelta a la isla pude usar las instalaciones y restaurante de la otra sede que tiene el hotel.

Cons:

En general todo bien. De pronto 2 cositas que no son mala pero si por mejorar:
- El Wifi en la habitación era dificil. Me tocaba hacerme en un rincón especifico de la habitación para que cogiera.
- El personal fue muy amable todo el tiempo, solo hubo una persona en recepción que fue un poco tosca y se notaba que estaba como fastidiada de atender, lo cual es entendible, a todos nos puede pasar, pero pues uno se predispone

EXCELLENT HOTEL and EXPERIENCE !

I was at Sol Caribe San Andres Hotel, from May 19th to May 24th to celebrate there the "symbolic wedding" of my daughter (Colombian) with her French boyfriend/husband; we booked many rooms for the international guests -French, Brasilien- , the Colombian family and friends, as well as the CLUB DE PLAYA SOL CARIBE for the "wedding event" , the tour by the CHIVA , the round transport airport-hotel-airport and a "brunch" the day after the wedding event; everything run PERFECT!; excellent client service, excellent attitude, the restaurant and the food was really good, tasty, fresh and diversed !; the rooms are very clean, with confortable beds, excellent air conditioning, warm watter and quiet !; the best of this experience!: ALL! THE STAFF, their attitude , their professionalism, especially : DENISSE BROWN/RESERVATION, ERIC ROBLES/TRANSPORT AGENCE SERVICE and wonderful ELIANA CORREALE/EVENTS .
Many many thanks! P.S: the international guests were so happy and promised to come back to Colombia, San Andres and this excellent hotel !
