Great service. All the little extras. The view and location.
Clean well appointed suite. Very comfortable. Gorgeous view. Worth it.
I wish the breakfast hours started earlier as we had to head out before it was available at 0900.
We stayed in an ocean-view King Suite, which exceeded our expectations. Tons of room and fantastic view, not to mention an amazing wood fireplace.
Everything was great. I especially liked the pro-level Nespresso coffee maker and pods.
The property is gorgeous. Plenty of amenities in the room, and the most comfortable trees I’ve ever slept on! Staff were attentive and helpful.
It took some time to get seated for dinner, however staff were limited, and I would have expected more attentiveness since the were not many diners.

Lighting controls were overly complicated.
A non-working fireplace when it is one of the main features is not acceptable. No adjustment to the room rate. No offer whatsoever even though we expressed our disappointment twice.
Pet rate of $60 per night is excessive. Most places are $15-30 per night maximum.
We arrived early and requested an early check in if possible. Not only was this not provided but in fact our room was not ready on time and the hotel was much less than busy from what we saw.
Definitely room for a lot of improvement especially when charging your rates.

This is a spectacular place to stay. The rooms have an upscale resort feel. Views are great. Little bakery downstairs has delectable pastries! Restaurant is pricey but excellent food! Definitely recommend this place!

The room was very comfortable, clean, cozy and had a great view. The dining room was freezing and the food was just okay. However, the dessert was OUTSTANDING. Cudos to the Pastry Chef.
Suggestion: Renovate the dining room, paint the doors going in and out of the kitchen, the dirt on them is very off putting.

Such an amazing, quiet place to stay! We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. Antoine was great to chat with and eager to make our stay a great one! Would recommend!
