Si quieres descansar por las noches este no es tu hotel. Mucho ruido por la noche de clientes por los pasillos borrachísimos. Animación para clientes españoles no existe.
Comida poco variedad y la calidad de los alimentos es súper super baja para un cuatro estrellas y además mal cocinada y presentada . Los alimentos no están detallados lo que es cada cosa información para alérgicos nula o inexistente mezclando todo tipo de alimentos sin discriminar las cucharas para servir que se mezclan con diferentes platos, algo peligroso para personas con intolerancias. Hamacas piscina reservadas todo el día y no aparece luego ni la gente gente .
Habitaciones cama cómoda, pero mampara inexistente estaba con una puerta sí y otra no y los tornillos sacados , mantenimiento de la habitación muy dejada. Aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación enfría poco o casi nada . Menos mal q la semana que fuimos no tuvimos mucho calor .
Por resaltar algo positivo la ubicación, limpieza de habitación y algún camarero amable junto con recepción. Poco más . No recomiendo .

Cons:

Tanto la animación como la comida son malísimas. Estamos media familia con gastroenteritis. La limpieza de las habitaciones podría mejorar porque el suelo ni lo friegan y pasan a limpiar cuando pueden. O te toca por la mañana o pasan por la tarde, en la siesta, no lo recogen. Los vasos y platos sucios, los vasos de plástico que te ponen en la piscina, sucios de otras personas, normal que estemos malísimos. No volvería.

El buffet horrible, la animación no vale para nada. He estado una semana y no nos fregaron ni el suelo de la habitación. Los vasos y platos sucios, los vasos de las bebidas sucios y de otras personas. Fuimos una familia de 10 personas y estamos malos más de la mitad. Lo siento pero no lo recomiendo para nada

Por decir algo la piscina infantil ,no se porque ,pero el agua estaba muy fría a diferencia de las otras 2 piscinas ,que llevando más agua estaban muy bien de temperatura.

Smelly level 1 unhelpful reception staff
Pros:

Refuse room 115 walls mouldy. All level 1 smells disgusting. Foisty smell. We stayed in room 117. The room was spacious and clean. View from the balcony Not good . The balcony doors don't lock. Staff said thats normal. Looking out at the steps going to the lovely new pool. The entertainment staff friendly . The lifeguards helpful. The reception staff appalling apart from one lady. She had long dark hair. Rest of the staff have a don't care attitude. My Grandson left his towel and crocs at the pool. The following day left his Adidas sliders. The reception staff said they hadn't been handed in and wouldn't look in the side room where all the lost property was. Hence we are going home minus these belongings. Wouldn't stay here again.
