Pros:

Sehr schön renovierte Zimmer und große Badezimmer, insgesamt wirkt das Hotel sehr luxuriös, kann jedoch in manchem die kommunistische Vergangenheit nicht leugnen.

Cons:

Der Speisesaal ist sehr groß, daher auch entsprechend unruhig.

Parfait pour un séjour dépaysant dans un cadre somptueux
Pros:

Idéalement situé sur une petite presqu'ile, selon la chambre vous avez vue sur le petit port et village de Cavtat ou sur la mer. Très belles installations : chambres, restaurants offrant des buffets variés, piscines intérieure et extérieure et personnel très accueillant.

Fantastic relaxed break.
Pros:

Food choices were excellent. Facilities were great. I used the fabulous hair salon. My husband used the spa.

Cons:

I found some of the staff lacked the training required. Would barge past you on a mission.

Good stay but prices far too expensive, small sun tan lotion 30 euros for example

Ich habe zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht und bat beim einchecken darum die Zimmer auf verschiedenen Stockwerken oder zumindest nicht direkt nebeneinander zu erhalten. Erhalten haben wir zwei Zimmer mit Zwischentür und sehr schlechtem Schallschutz. Keine Privatsphäre, keine Erholung, absoluter Horror. Laut Rezeption war das Hotel ausgebucht und andere Zimmer nicht möglich. Über die Booking App waren jedoch noch alle Zimmerkategorien in unbeschränkter Anzahl buchbar. Ich wollte morgens Sport machen…Gym, Indoorpool und Outdoorpool öffnen erst um 8 Uhr. Frühstück erst ab 6:30 Uhr. Wir mussten um 6:30 urh auschecken.
Wir konnten nichts im Hotel nutzen. Das Hotel war für uns unbrauchbar in jeder Hinsicht.

Če ne bo pretiravanja s ceno se bomo še vrnili. In tudi zdaj smo izkoristili 15% Genius popust.
Pros:

Hotel je lep, udoben , pravi za dobro pučutje. Hrana zelo dobra vendar z nekaj pomanjkljivostmi.

Cons:

Pri hrani so možnosti izboljšav. Npr. testenine in riž so preveč kuhani. Kruha je zmanjkovalo, bolj bi morali spremljati porabo in dopolniti. V baru bi lahko dopolnili ponudbo z odličnim hrvaškim brezalkoholnim pivom (Pan, Ožujsko cool, Karlovačko 0,0) - niti enega ni, samo eno tuje (Heineken ali Bavaria, obe nista dobri). Je pa dobra ponudba vin, tudi na kozarec.

Pros:

The Hotel is in a great location.
Lovely inside the hotel and nicely furnished.

Cons:

Staff at breakfast are untrained to deal with the type of people using the hotel. Management need to get control and set a standard of service. The staff are all young and there is no professionalism.
I can't help thinking this is massively impacting the performance of the hotel and it's reviews and that's a real shame .
A lot of money has been spent by whomever owns the business and it's getting let down by basic management of staff.
I would stay again but if changes where not made I would complain directly to the manger and ask for some sort of discount as what they charge is not reflected by the service.
Breakfast food could be improved also .

Cons:

Some of the facilities were just opening due to start of season, pool water was very cold, the beach side facilities advertised that there was a lifeguard but the wasn’t and it was a little unsafe getting into and out of water
