Would 10/10 recommend the hotel.
Pros:

Nice, clean, spacious, good breakfast, friendly and service minded staff - and the city view is amazing. It was my mom’s birthday during our stay, and the staff came by the room with a birthday cake, so sweet of them.

Cons:

There is nothing, we didn’t like.

Nice hotel, a little unusual and very busy but expected this time of year.
Pros:

The hotel is enormous! with vast amounts of space everywhere. Our room was very comfortable and newly renovated with a lovely ocean view.

Cons:

It’s very close to beautiful Cavtat however due to its position up on the cliffs you have many stairs to deal with. There is the complementary buggy, however there could be a queue for it at times.
I’m not a lover of lined up sunbeds in rows, however south beach had some nice areas amongst the rocks that were a bit more private.

Stary hotel, stosunkowo dobrze utrzymany z kilkoma zauważonymi niedociągnięciami do poprawy.
Pros:

Położenie hotelu, widok z pokoju.
Pokój świeży, stosunkowo niedawno wyremontowany.
Bezpłatny transfer pojazdami typu melex między wyjściem głównym z hotelu a plaża/drogą do miasteczka. Ze względu na położenie hotelu, powroty hotelowym transportem m.in. z wieczornych spacerów był znacznie bardziej komfortowy.

Cons:

1) Obsługa już na około godzinę przed zakończeniem śniadania lub obiado-kolacji bardzo opieszale nakrywała stoły. Podczas 8-dniowego pobytu kilkukrotnie zdarzyło nam się, że musieliśmy zasiąść przy brudnym stoliku (nie było żadnego wolnego, czysto nakrytego!) i obsługa po czasie sprzątała i nakrywała. Na tarasie odnieśliśmy wrażenie, że za cały okres trwania posiłku personel nakrywa stół tylko raz… a szkoda, bo widok jest cudowny.
2) Problem z dostępnością ręczników basenowych/plażowych, w ostatnim dniu pobytu przy basenie krytym nie było czystych ręczników przez około godzinę, a jak się pojawiły to znikały w momencie, zdecydowanie nad tym powinni popracować, bo aż strach pomyśleć jak to funkcjonuje w pełnym sezonie.
3) Funkcjonowanie wind. Jeżdżą jak chcą, wybierasz kierunek w dół, czekasz 2 minuty po czym podchodzi ktoś inny, wybiera kierunek w górę i winda pojawia się od razu, a Ty nadal czekasz. Nie raz wybieraliśmy przejście schodami.
