Hårda sängar, gamla kuddar (hårda och ojämna), absolut inte välutrustat gym, snarare minimalt utrustat. Skramligt på frukosten, opersonligt och löpande band.
Excellent staff, great location
The amazing location and the large territory of the hotel gives you the opportunity to enjoy 2 beaches (you can get to one using a hotel lift!), great views from the balcony and with immediate proximity to Cavtat there are plenty of lunch options. Dubrovnik is just a boat trip or a short drive away!
It was hard to find a table during breakfast, unless you go early or choose to sit on the terrace.
There was quite a bit of litter on the "rocky" beach.

The hotel was beautiful - very spacious & beautifully decorated. Our room had a balcony & was very spacious, the bed was huge & very comfortable. Breakfast was really good - and wide selection & the terrace has a stunning view of the bay.
The pool area was lovely too. The terrace with sunbeds down the hill was very nice - the water was crystal clear & it was fun to snorkel with the fish. We only ate at the Spinnaker restaurant at the beach (very good) but not in the hotel restaurant. It was a short walk to the marina with lots of restaurants etc. Cavtat is beautiful with amazing sunsets. The golf buggy was available for a lift back up the hill to the hotel (very welcome in the heat).
Overall a fab hotel & worth every penny! We would love to come back.
Minor thing but the staff driving the golf carts were not friendly at all!
Lovely location, beautiful sea, stunning view, nice staff, decent breakfast, comfy bed. Overall it was a very good stay and I would certainly go back, but as someone else said, I wouldn’t classify it as a 5 stars.
Отличный отель, много лет сюда ездили и Бог даст поедем еще. Отель занимает целый полуостров, окружен сосновым лесом и имеет несколько собственных пляжей. Ресторан прямо на берегу, столики в метре от воды. Персонал дружелюбный, в общем рекомендую.

Nice restaurant on the beach but there was a smell coming from the kitchen chimneys while sunbathing.
The staff were very nice and accommodating. The views from the room were amazing, and it was nice to be able to watch the sunset from the balcony every evening. The food options were actually quite good. There wasn't too much variety with the buffet, but I think any more would have been too much anyway. The buffet in general was very clean and everything tasted great. I really liked how quiet the other guests were and there always seemed to be a sense of relaxation in the air, no matter which part of the hotel you were in.
The room service/housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. On our second full day, our room wasn't attended to until almost 4pm, which is okay but then the next day it was cleaned when we came back from breakfast early (around 10am), and then varied every day since. Each time the bathroom was cleaned, towels would go missing but not replaced, even though we hung them up to be used again. Those towels that we placed on the floor were then taken away but not replaced. We ran out of shampoo and body wash on our second to last day. We didn't realise how much walking and stairs there would be between the different 'beach' or ocean access areas, but it was good to get some exercise in! The gym could definitely use a refurbishment because there wasn't a lot of space or equipment. I would have appreciated some decaf options (tea/coffee) in the room, and when I enquired about this I was instructed to order something from room service, which I didn't want to pay for if the regular coffee and tea were included.
Resort like feel and amazing views. Lovely swimming pools ans breakfast/lunch very nice. Nice selection for dinner also.
Nothing to do with property as such but the heat made getting up the hill to hotel very difficult and the golf caddy’s were quite to pick u up from bottom of hill. We waiting 25-20 mins one day but it is a great service that other hotels we visit are lacking so well done.
This was our 3rd visit and we do love everything about the hotel. It’s very welcoming, staff are friendly, rooms are very clean and check-in and check-out was easy.
I’m worried that the hotel may be edging towards charging their guests for things that should be included (seeing as it is quite an expensive hotel) e.g. the sunbeds at the Spinaker are now €25 per person for guests which is redeemable at the restaurant. Whilst it’s nice to use the Spinaker restaurant for lunch, there isn’t much of a choice on the menu. Being almost forced to use it by charging for sunbeds isn’t fair. We have been to the hotel 3 times now and we feel costs are rocketing which may price us out of Cavtat, sadly.
