I recently stayed two nights at Hotel Villa Franca and was very impressed with the property. We were upgraded to a sea view room and enjoyed stunning views of Positano bay from our room as well as from the breakfast room. The hotel is very modern and clean, with a stunning rooftop pool area. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly & the concierge are easily reachable by WhatsApp. The hotel is further up the hill in Positano however the free golf buggy shuttle is always available for pick-up & drop-off close to the centre. We dined at Li Galli restaurant in the hotel and I would really recommend this memorable dining experience if you get the chance to try it.
The rooms are quite small.
This is the best example of client experience we had in a long time - Every single staff member was extremely friendly and helpful - the dinner at Li Gali was the climax of client friendliness! We loved it!

Hotel Villa Franca was a beautiful hotel, with an amazing location, and the staff was always professional and helpful. Plus, having their shuttle service to and from the hotel was an added bonus!
Overall the room was beautiful and clean with a stunning view, but the bathroom was very tiny.
