3 star at best, not 4. Better options available.
Pros:

The spa is nice and clearly has either had much less use or is newer than other parts of the hotel. Parking was ample and didnt struggle to find a space. There was a lovely restaurant within a few mins walk of the hotel, and hotel generally well situated for access. Breakfast was decent enough.

Cons:

Hotel was very dated and is in desperate need of a refurb. Some of the fixtures and fittings were loose in the rokm, with the biggest being a loose wooden wall panel.This is a 3 start hotel in reality, and only has 4 star because of spa. Lack of tea and coffee facilities, and didnt even have irons available for clothing. Woken up multiple nights by people moving furniture in adjacent rooms and people having loud conversations in smoking areas.
