Great bike leasing on the hotel grounds (Huertzeler), good breakfast and dinner with lots of variety, nice indoor 25m pool with swim lanes. Beautiful park-like area.
All in all a little dirty, especially our room which apparently will be renovated soon (although old and dirty are two very different kinds of things). Lots of ducks everywhere in the outdoor pools which makes them unsanitary and a little dirty as well. Some of the staff were extremely helpful, others seemed annoyed and unfriendly.
The entire resort was beautifully maintained, including the tropical gardens, swimming pools, and hotel rooms. The different buildings are spread across the grounds, which makes the resort feel less crowded and more relaxed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and some form of entertainment was organised every evening.
The all-inclusive buffet was somewhat disappointing. There was plenty of choice and a good variety of dishes, but we felt the overall quality of the food could have been better.
There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes around the resort, probably due to the nearby Reserva Natural de s'Albufereta, a coastal wetland with brackish marshes, canals, and dunes. Make sure to bring a good mosquito repellent containing DEET as well as an anti-itch cream.
Do not expect to spend much time on the beach directly next to the resort. There are much nicer beaches in the surrounding area that are worth visiting instead.
The resort is located somewhat outside Alcúdia. Although it is possible to get around, travelling by car or public transport is much more convenient than walking. There is a public transport stop directly in front of the main entrance.

La comida, era como un comedor de colegio público con poca financiación, además la comida en muchas ocasiones tenía una calidad pésima.

Tive uma experiência muito agradável neste resort e, no geral, gostei bastante da estadia. A localização, as instalações, a piscina e o ambiente foram pontos muito positivos e contribuíram para umas boas férias.
A limpeza do quarto deixou bastante a desejar e poderia ter sido muito melhor. Além disso, a maioria do staff não foi particularmente simpática ou acolhedora, o que acabou por influenciar um pouco a experiência.

La calidad de la comida y la poca variedad que había. Solo estuvimos 1 día y medio y fue casi lo mismo, teniendo pensión completa. Y la habitación estaba súper sucia, llamé para que la limpiaron y solo barrieron un poco. Estaba llena de arena por el sofá. La cama de muelles súper incómoda y hacía mucho ruido al moverse. Me pareció injusto el precio. Pagando tanto dinero debía ser mil veces mejor.

Üdülőváros jellege van, ezért tetszett, hogy a szoba inkább lakrész volt, kevés szomszéddal. A medencék szuperek. Nagyon jó volt a reggeli. A területen kisbolt is üzemel.
A szoba maga régebbi építésű, a légkondi nem is működött, ez még így nyár végén is probléma. A hűtő sem működött.

Sonst der Rest war echt nicht gut, hatten Erbrechen und Durchfall vom Essen bekommen.
Le cadre est magnifique, en pleine nature et juste en face de la mer. La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable, avec une grande terrasse donnant sur les jardins de l'hôtel (qui d'ailleurs sont très bien entretenus). Les repas sont variés et vraiment très bons. L'hôtel propose beaucoup d'activités et d'équipements dont on peut bénéficier.
Gros + pour la zone "Adult Area" qui est parfaite pour les personnes qui souhaitent se détendre tranquillement.
