What a magical place, warm and friendly staff, good with children, highly recommend..
Pros:

Absolutely loved the staff, the location is so perfect, close to everything but tucked away from the summer crowds. The Palazzo sits on a beautiful square, with a canal right out back. Arrange water taxis with the staff for the ultimate convenience and amazing Venice vibe. The large square is gorgeous but quiet enough for kids to be kicking the soccer ball and locals to be walking their dogs. Staff is so helpful with recommendations and so accommodating, I was traveling with children so I really appreciated all of their expertise in Venice, take a tour through the hotel in a luxury teak water taxi, and check out the biennial, amazing art exhibits.

Highly recommend. Very friendly and professional staff in a central location
Pros:

Our room was beautiful and bathroom was new, with a very spacious shower. Breakfast was good but in a very small room which made getting food a tad harder than it needed to be. Reno at the bar was fabulous.
