Hotel was OK. Room set up was weird. Not too spacious and very expensive.

Location is good. Front desk was professional.

Cons:

Had to carry our heavy luggage to room. Bellman can try harder or the hotel should hire somebody more professional. He was not the most welcoming person with an attitude and it seems this is the same guy who runs the restaurant and charges for coffee to their customers. We wanted to grab a coffee before leaving the hotel and since we did not pay for breakfast guy in the restaurant said: "2 cups of coffee would be 7 euros, cash 6 euros." This is NOT how you treat your guests. This hotel needs to work harder for its customers. That's cheap. Coffee is courtesy is most of hotels for them to charge us?

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel near St. Mark's Square. The hotel offers an atmosphere reminiscent of a Venetian palace, spacious and elegant rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent breakfast.
We will come again.

Quarto lindíssimo, estilo Vintage, toda arquitetura preservada, limpo, espaçoso e com uma vista incrível. O hotel era ótimo, cafe da manhã bom e ótima localização. Você pode chegar de taxi aquático diretamente dentro do hotel. Achei o máximo!

Pros:

Vi ble møtt av hyggelig og behjelpelig personale som gjorde vårt opphold minneverdig. En rolig og deilig atmosfære, ansatte var alltid tilstede for å yte topp service. Bartender var av den «gamle skolen» og lagde alle drinker vi ba om. Vi fikk sitte i resepsjonen i eget «avlukke» i kant med kanalen å nyte god snacks, drikke og det yrende livet kanalen brød på med gondoler, folk, sang og spillopper.
En opplevelse for livet!

Stanza spaziosa e super funzionale. Personale sempre simpatico e pronto ad aiutare. Ottimo servizio taxi.

La colazione era di qualità inferiore alle aspettative. L’hotel, avendo un bar, mi sarei aspettato un servizio caffe/te su comanda piuttosto che una macchinetta automatica.
