Cons:

The bed was like sleeping on a board and rocks. It was terribly hard. The front desk lady played headgames with me. Kids upstairs kept running back and forth across the floor even till way after midnight. I kept calling the front desk but nothing seem to ever be done to stop it. The pool area was terrible and no towels available. This hotel was terrible and Ivan probably going to end my 24 year run with Choice Hotels because of it. I was in such pain from that bed that it ruined my whole next day at the zoo in Litchfield. We had to have staff bring me back up front and we had to leave. That bed left my back on so much pain.

Bed and pillows very comfortable. Covered parking. Cozy breakfast area. Spacious room. Cookies in lobby. Location just a couple blocks from Beaver Street dining.

Cons:

Adjustable shower head was broken and stuck on one setting. Toilet height was 2-3” below normal. Breakfast offerings were disappointing—low quality and variety.

Great location and very comfortable facilities. We wound up staying 3 nights because we liked the hotel so much.

The accommodation was comfortable and a good location.
Pros:

Fantastic location with a coffee shop right across the street and plenty of local restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are a decent size, clean, and feature highly comfortable beds.

Cons:

Upon arrival at 6:00 PM, the check-in experience was highly disappointing. The reception staff member was blunt and unwelcoming. When I asked basic questions about the amenities, she treated my inquiries as an inconvenience. Even a simple request to purchase laundry detergent and get coins for the washing machine felt like a major bother to her. The customer service was so poor that the hotel would honestly benefit more from an automated check-in system than having this staff member at the desk.
The morning reception staff and breakfast staff were extremely helpful and polite - thank you!

Downtown Flagstaff Gem

We had a wonderful stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Flagstaff! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of traveling and exploring.

The complimentary breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options, making it easy for everyone in our family to find something they enjoyed. The hotel amenities were also well-kept and added to the overall experience.

The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We also felt that the hotel offered excellent value for the price.

They had a breakfast in the morning, and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

We checked in late at night and the person working didn't not tell us we had to pay for parking. I asked if we needed anything for the dashboard and he said no we were fine. Then another front desk person asked us and we told then what we were told. She was like nope its $6 and they will tow you.
