We will come again
Pros:

The location was close to downtown and the bathroom was big and accessible with a walk in shower. The breakfast was substantial and included protein and carbs in a balanced way.

Cons:

The beds were not as firm as we like.

Great location, clean well kept hotel.
Pros:

Great location, very clean, polite and helpful staff, parking lot very good.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard, not much area or seating for social areas inside. Additional parking charge of $6.

Very good hotel close to NAU
Pros:

Overall, the hotel is very nice and the staff were super friendly. The hotel is situated perfectly if you wish to be close to NAU. The hotel is modern and well-kept and we found it to be very clean! The breakfast looked quite good but we actually went out to breakfast so we can't rate it...but the coffee we did have was very good - no complaints! The exercise room looked good and the pool and jacuzzi were very inviting but we didn't bring our suits but I woudl recommend you do so.

Cons:

It's kind of weird because my wife and I don't watch much TV but we did wish to watch a Netflix movie and the TVs are not Smart TVs - they only have cable. Normally I couldn't care less but this one time...I did! Secondly, and it's not a big deal, but the place is a bit tricky to get in and out of. Finally, we were on the second floor and unfortunately, we could hear those above us every time they walked around but I guess that is to be expected to some degree in a hotel.

Pros:

Delicious breakfast with bacon! Close to downtown with lots of restaurants. Lots of parking. Coffee 24hrs. available. Fridge and microwave in room.

Very bland decor, very little character in a beautiful setting. Huge missed opportunity. Was disappointed with the lack of atmosphere, and frankly a cold and bare minimum staffing business model.

Amazing & it was very clean, by far the best one!
Pros:

The lady at the desk was very friendly & was absolutely helpful when we arrived sadly, i don't remember her name but please let her name she is awesome!

Cons:

There isn't anything I didn't like about the hotel, if I was to ever pass by or visit Arizona I would stay there again.
