Nice and comfortable stay in hotel
Pros:

Food is good. Staff is very nice. Room service is also good.

Cons:

Location has many pubs, little bit noisy (outside noise) that too until very late in midnight. May be not good for the one who likes silence.

I would like to submit a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel.

I booked a room for two days, but I had to vacate after one night due to very poor treatment by the night receptionist. His attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me in a very bad manner and refused to provide room service after 12 midnight.

This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I felt uncomfortable and not respected as a guest. Because of this experience, I decided to leave the hotel earlier than planned.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to improve your staff’s behavior and customer service.

I felt very safe and no problem of safety
Pros:

It was an amazing experince of my stay. It's good location for vibe and even safety for family with that vibe is ❤️. Those who party cring with family is better place to stay. Its recomended best hotel in Koramangala area.
