Fantastic location and lovely views
Pros:

The location was brilliant, and the view from the rooftop bar was beautiful. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food for breakfast as well. We did get a room upgrade which had a balcony with jacuzzi and saunas which was really lovely. The bed was super comfy!

Cons:

The air conditioning was good, although a little loud, but that’s very minor.

Great hotel-staff excellent
Pros:

The staff in this hotel were first class.So helpful and friendly-offered a complimentary drink as soon as we arrived and stored our bags until our room was ready.

Cons:

They said they had given us a free upgrade but the room was slightly disappointing so not sure what we would have been given if it wasn't an upgrade.The free standing shower leaked water onto bathroom floor.

Pros:

We had an outstanding stay at Hotel Milano Verona. The views were spectacular, the service was exceptional and the deluxe rooms were excellent - spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained.

A particular highlight was the evening drinks which came with complimentary finger food and created a lovely atmosphere. We also loved meeting Mia, the resident dog, who added a special touch to our stay.

We would also highly recommend booking one of the private spa slots which overlook the amphitheatre and provide a truly memorable and relaxing experience.

Perfectly suited our aim to visit as much of Verona as possible and stay in comfort.
Pros:

Fabulous location, beautiful rooftop terrace and outstanding staff. Very good restaurant as well.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit cramped, though shower excellent. No possibility of turning off the air-conditioning. Poor outside aspect to the bedroom.

Outstanding hotel. Will come back and recommend to friends.
Pros:

The location was excellent: next to Arena and close to everything. We can see arena through our window. Every staff made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The rooftop has amazing views and excellent dinner.

Love everything of this hotel.

Pros:

De service van dit hotel is ongeëvenaard. Onze auto werd keurig weg gezet, sofabed eerder opgemaakt, niks was teveel. Super leuke ontbijt ruimte met genoeg keuze. Uiteraard een geweldig dakterras.

Cons:

Dat we maar 1 nacht bleven.

Super tolles Hotel und sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Arena und sehr schön. Auch das Frühstück war vielseitig und sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr herzlich Empfangen und das Hotel bietet einen super Service und das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Hotel Milano jederzeit wieder buchen.

Pros:

Wir waren in einem 'Nebengebäude' untergebracht war einige 100 m vom ursprünglich gebuchten Hotel entfernt.
Letztendlich war es eine super gute Unterkunft, Apartmenthotel Verona. Perfekt. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Bei Buchung bitte gleich die Adresse vom Apartmenthotel angeben, spart Zeit.
