Ein rundum tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Service, perfekter Lage und absolut empfehlenswert – wir würden jederzeit wie
Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Unser Zimmer wurde sogar kostenlos upgegradet und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche Personal und den hervorragenden Service. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Verona zu erkunden. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

I would give this a 7 considering the price. Definitely overpriced for the actual accommodation
Pros:

Location was fine , however we thought we were going to be in the main hotel next to the arena. But wasn’t. So very disappointed!

Cons:

Cleaning products and other items left out in the hallways and no milk sachets for a drink. They had coffee and sugar , so what’s the point in that without milk.

Sehr gute Lage in Verona. Besonders gut hat uns das Personal gefallen! Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst zuvorkommend, herzlich und hilfsbereit und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung & wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Esperienza eccellente a due passi dall'Arena

Esperienza eccellente, ben oltre le aspettative e sicuramente superiore al livello di ospitalità che ci si aspetterebbe dalle stelle della struttura.
Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e professionalità da tutto lo staff. Abbiamo ricevuto un graditissimo upgrade gratuito della camera, un gesto davvero apprezzato che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Molto comodo il servizio di parcheggio con valet: all'arrivo consegni l'auto e il personale si occupa di parcheggiarla e riconsegnarla quando necessario, senza alcuna preoccupazione per gli ospiti.
La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, con arredamenti moderni, eleganti e confortevoli. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, a pochi passi dall'Arena di Verona, raggiungibile in meno di un minuto a piedi.
Da segnalare anche la splendida terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano, ideale per gustare un drink o cenare in un'atmosfera rilassante e molto suggestiva. Colazione ricca e varia.
Come ulteriore attenzione verso gli ospiti, al momento della partenza ci sono state offerte anche delle bottigliette d'acqua per il viaggio, un piccolo gesto che dimostra la grande cura riservata ai clienti.
Un'esperienza davvero ottima sotto ogni aspetto. Se torneremo a Verona, sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta. Consigliatissimo!

Super beliggenhet, personale og takterrasse
Pros:

Beliggenheten. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige med parkering, baggasje og servering. Vi fikk servering mens vi ventet på at rommene skulle bli klare noe som gikk svært raskt. Hotellet er moderne innredet, og rommene var veldig behagelige. Takterrassen med utsikt mot arenaen var fantastisk

Séjour parfait.
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel. Personnel très gentils et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuné parfait. Roof top au 5 ème étage exceptionnel pour manger ou boire un verre le soir.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite.

Um Verona zu Fuß zu erkunden, das optimale Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich. Wie toll wird erst klar, wenn man einen ausgezeichneten Drink oder ein feines Abendessen auf der Dachterrasse einnimmt. Wahnsinn!
Aber was wirklich toll war, war die Mitarbeiter. Alle super freundlich und stets bemüht - Kompliment.

Cons:

Die Größe des Bads war etwas klein - aber funktional und sauber.
