Our stay was good but I was disappointed that Hotel Milano was so dishonest. Residenza Verona.

I did not like booking at Hotel Milano and ending up in Residenza Verona. Hotel Milano is absolutely dishonest in booking people who book with them at a separate and different, albeit a sister, hotel. It is not Hotel Milano in a different building! It is a different hotel!
