Ho soggiornato presso questo splendido hotel a Verona in occasione della cerimonia di chiusura dei Giochi Olimpici Invernali, in un periodo in cui la città era completamente immersa da visitatori provenienti da tutto il mondo. Posso dire senza dubbi che è stata la miglior scelta che potessi fare.

La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: centralissima, a pochi passi dall’Arena, ideale per vivere l’atmosfera dell’evento senza stress. Nonostante il grande afflusso di persone, l’hotel è riuscito a mantenere un livello di servizio impeccabile.

Camere moderne, pulite e molto curate nei dettagli, personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con professionalità e sorriso. Bellissima anche la terrazza panoramica con vista Arena, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa in città.

Colazione ricca e di qualità, ambienti eleganti e atmosfera accogliente che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Se dovessi tornare a Verona, sceglierei nuovamente questo hotel ad occhi chiusi. Super consigliato!

Just fabulous
Pros:

Our suite upgrade was sheer perfection! Having our own spa and sauna on our balcony with a view of the arena was incredible. The staff were all so friendly and the rooftop bar was a showstopper. We will return.

Recommended if you want to be in a vibrant part of the city!
Pros:

Friendly staff willing to assist with anything you need, spacious room in the heart of the city.

Cons:

Nearest parking garage a 10 minute walk. They offer valet, but we have an old timer we prefer to park ourselves.

La ubicación es muy buena pero pensábamos que íbamos a estar en la dirección que indicaba el hotel milano pero los apartamentos que elegimos eran a unas cuadras de ahi en el Hotel Verona. Estaban bien igual pero la ubicación diferente y las fotos que se ven en Booking no reflejan 100% el apto

All staff helpful Reception on arrival was wonderful great welcome Everyone was so helpful plus a lovely cup of Cappuccino What's not to like? Very friendly dog Mia the hotel mascot also gave us a great welcome. After a long walk from the station having such a friendly welcome was just what we needed Suitcases were taken from us and check in completed with an amazing team Superb customer service Well done everyone Lovely clean room everything provided Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to this hotel if we return to Verona The map and recommended route was brilliant for first time visitors to Verona. Loved everything

Fizemos reserva o o Hotel Milano & Spa como consta na apresentação do Booking. Quando estávamos chegando recebi um telefonema do hotel dizendo q nossa reserva seria no Apart Hotel Verona House em outra localização. Ao nos dirigirmos a esse apart hotel e ao questionarmos essa mudança, fomos informados q se quiséssemos irmos p o Hotel Milano, teríamos q pagar mais caro…??? A recepção nos informou q o endereço no Booking q aparece primeiro é o do hotel Milano, mas quando fazemos a reserva, o próprio Booking altera e direciona o o Apart Hotel?!?!?! Esse constrangimento não ficou claro p nós, apesar de nos oferecerem um apgrade nesse apart hotel… afinal de quem é a responsabilidade por essa troca??? Do booking ou do próprio hotel???? Se atentem quando forem fazer essa reserva!!!
