Historical Charm
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location, great breakfast, interesting historical building, nice balcony terrace, good price.

Cons:

Room was cramped (for a 4 star) and the bathroom had a strange layout, inconvenient power outlets (it's a historic hotel, so I understand it's a challenge to meet the 4-star template). Not a dealbreaker given the good price, but short of what I expect in a 4-start Italian hotel.

Peccato per esserci stati solo una notte
Pros:

Ottima pulizia, il materasso era comodissimo!
Colazione assortita e di ottima qualità!
La cordialità del personale davvero squisita

Cons:

Pros:

Maby the location not far frome the center

Cons:

The staff is rude and unkind, I would even say racist. The staff will take advantage of your every mistake to charge you additional fees. The room is at a 2-star level, the toilet and shower are poor, very narrow and not useful. Those who are bothered by the noise of traffic will not be able to sleep as the hotel is on a busy road. There is no parking for the hotel, the elevator does not reach the room, you will have to go up or down a few stairs to get to the room. This is a hotel that I would not give stars to at all and is intended for use by those who find themselves without a room. Do not be impressed by the misleading pictures.
