Very comfortable and good for a group
Pros:

The villa with the private pool was well maintained. We had a cleaner attend once in the week and the pool was also cleaned weekly. Everything was provided and it was a very comfortable stay. The restaurant on site was both reasonable and very good quality.

Cons:

The main communal pool area was quite loud, although there are multiple pools on site they are all located beside each other so there is no "quiet/ adults only" pool option.

Relaxing friendly resort stay in beautiful surroundings
Pros:

A peaceful location with great facilities. The apartment was spacious and the walk into town was very nice. Would only recommend if ok with a lengthy walk up/ down hills into town. Enjoyed a visit in June before the town gets busier. Great to have access to different pools and tennis courts. It is a family resort.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have an espresso machine in the superior apartment! Not a lot to fault! We had a wonderful time and found the kitchen was very well equipped.

Overall very enjoyable.
Pros:

Everything we needed was on site. Villas and apartment had great facilities and were very comfortable.
Reception staff fantastic very helpful.
Restaurant food was fab.

Cons:

Music was played all day around pool and bar. This was not relaxing music and was played on repeat and much too loud.
Coffee machine required an update in 3 bed villa and would be great to have a coffee machine in 2 bed villa.
Not all bar staff were as helpful as reception staff

Good hotel, terrible check in + staff
Cons:

Terrible late-checkin experience. We called beforehand to inform we're arriving late, the hotel told us that was completely fine and to call the security when we arrive. We arrived at 11pm as agreed, called the security. He ignored our first 4 calls, answered the 5th and hung up after arguing in Portuguese. Our only refuge was the restaurant nearby. Luckily they were able to get a hold of a manager that got the door open for us. We ended up waiting 30-45 mins for this whole thing, what a waste of time. We wanted to share our experience with the reception the following day, they completely ignored it and told us to come another time to complain to someone else.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Very cozy well-maintained resort with a village-like feel. The bungalow was even better than in the photos, with spacious terraces, comfortable beds, AC, fully equipped kitchen. We adored the rooftop terrace. The pools were never overcrowded, breakfast good, the on-site shop and restaurant were very convenient. The apartment was cleaned regularly, and overall we felt very comfortable and at home. We would happily return!

Cons:

Basic toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo were not provided. It would have been nice if these complimentary essentials had been included

Decepção
Pros:

De nada.

Cons:

A casa de banho da suíte só dava para usar sentada de lado, debaixo dos tapetes, muito pó, um pó branco, parecia sabão,no apartamento que meus filhos ficaram muita batata, no meu barata formigas e tatu bolinha por todo lado, o funcionário da recepção, assim que cheguei, reclamou que vocês só tinha pago a ele 4 estadias, eu muito sem graça já perguntei o valor do outro hóspede que eu pagava, fiquei muito p da vida, a outra sonsa da recepcionista vira e diz a senhora só me deu 4 identificação, eu tinha entregue os passaportes dos meus 4 filhos e minha autorização de residência, bem depois que ela achou, e fala... Ah está aqui!
Sinceramente fiquei muito triste e constrangida. O apartamento e o bangalô que fiz a reserva falava que tinha banheira e piscina privativa só que não. Mas é isso tudo é experiência.

Excellent accommodation, very relaxing and perfect location.
Pros:

The unit we were in was absolutely excellent. It was virtually brand new, and had everything we needed. I have no complaints of any sort - the resort exceeded any of my expectations.
