او شى الاستقبال الممتاز من قبل الكل الامن والرسبشن وبالاخص الاخ احمد موظف الاستقبال من اول دخولى للفندق وكل العاملين بالفندق طبعاً

بصراحه عدم مصداقية بعض الموظفين بالمطعم مش الكل مثلا لما اسال نوع اللحم الموجود عندهم البعض يقول لحم بقرى ومكتوب بالمنيو بالغرفه لحم بقرى واخيراً واحد قال ده لحم برازيى مجمد جاموس وحنا فى الكويت مش متعودين على لحم الجاموس يعنى الصراحه حلوه من الاول يقول على نوع اللحم واى اكل من غير لحم عندهم حلو و آسف لصراحتى وشكرً

Superb!
Pros:

Everything was perfect, from the check in process till the check out, they made a free upgrade for our room and later changed the room to an upper floor.
Actually the team could walk the extra mile just to make you satisfied.
This’s my fourth time here and next time i will definitely stay here again.

Not the best place to stay comparing to the rates
Pros:

The stuff was good and the location was good

Cons:

The rooms are so old not like the pictures at all i changed the room two time to have an acceptable room.
there was bugs in the bed not clean at all
