Pros:

The location is ideal for exploring the docks and town, close to the tour buses starting point/end point. The hotel was extremely quiet and clean and well maintained. Breakfast was hot and plentiful and the choice of some of the dishes was different each day.

Cons:

The view from our room was akin to a comedy film plot, opened the curtains to see a empty flat roof/void surrounded by high walls. I'm sure some of the other rooms had better views.

Terrific location and I would come back!
Pros:

The location was excellent with the waterfront at your doorstep. The property was clean and cheerful. I thought the concept of a having a kitchen was very useful.

Cons:

I thought the food in the breakfast room was good, but not great. It seemed like the staff had a difficult time keeping up with replenishing the breakfast items.

Pros:

I booked for a 1 night stay whilst attending a WWE show with my son at M&S Bank Arena. Couldn't fault anything. Staff were very friendly, service was spot on, and location is as good as it gets for anyone visiting the Arena. Very short walk to the city centre also. Would definitely book again when visiting the city.

Comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

Everything. The suite was clean and a good size. The breakfast had a great choice of food. The staff were friendly and approachable. There was a young man in the kitchen area who was particularly bright and helpful

Great value with a good location, especially if driving..as there is great parking nearby.
Pros:

Quiet location , yet close to everything.
Breakfast is fantastic.
The Tuesday evening social with free drinks and snacks was a nice surprise.
Sound management, Getting to breakfast, it was astounding to see how many people were in hotel, one just did not hear them up and down the corridors.

Great hotel, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
Pros:

Great location, very friendly staff. The room was a great size and had everything you could need! Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Literally the only thing was the only coffee in the room was decaf, but my fault as I was too lazy to go and ask for any other at reception,I’m sure they would have supplied me with some if I’d asked :)
