Amazing stay at an amazing place.
Pros:

Great location, friendly and attentive staff. Lovely building.

Cons:

The hot side of the breakfast could be improved and the mattress had seen better days so was a little lumpy.

Pros:

Fantastic location for the M&S arena. Very friendly helpful staff. The room and facilities were great and breakfast was very nice. Definitely will stay again next time we visit Liverpool.

Perfect stay in a quiet area
Pros:

Quiet area, perfect location as it is not very far from the city center, kitchenette is very handy, lovely staff, comfy bed and free breakfast included. Would definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect! Great staff!
Pros:

The reception staff were warm and welcoming, the check in was smooth. There was a personalised welcome message and pleasant music playing on the TV when I entered the room which was a really lovely touch. The room looked beautiful when I entered and was very well equipped with kitchenette and basic crockery/utensils/pans, even a dishwasher. It was very clean, the temperature was easy to control, I could open the window and the bed was really comfortable. The location could not have been better, across the plaza from the conference centre I was attending.

Cons:

My ony criticisms are the weak shower pressure, and cheap mattress protector which meant I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. It would also be nice to have a restaurant on site as all the restaurants next to the hotel were inexplicably closed at 6.45pm on a Monday night. I ended up ordering via Uber Eats but they took 50 minutes to deliver which was disappointing, it would have been nice to have other options. There is a pantry at the hotel but I was not impressed by the options available for purchase which were also hugely overpriced.
