Pros:

Die Lage, die kostenlosen Busfahrten in den Harz,
das Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich, sehr sauber und
sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung...
Die Betten machten Geräusche nur beim einfachen Umdrehen ... die Matratzen waren auch nicht mehr die Jüngsten...der Fernseher war nicht zufriedenstellend, fehlende Sender und nicht funktionierende Fernbedienung.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Ich fand es Merkwürdig das Morgens zum Frühstück kein Buffet da war. Sondern das daß Essen an den Tisch Serviert wurde. Da war so etwas Auswahl weg.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Von einigen Zimmern mit Blick auf das Schloss. Schönes altes Haus mit Pool und Sauna. Frühstück mega lecker, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sauber. Parkplätze am Hotel.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer wirkte der "Schreibtisch" mit zwei unterschiedlichen Tischen etwas zusammengewürfelt.

Das Personal war leider überhaupt nicht freundlich oder herzlich. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Selbst für zwei Personen wurde nur ein Croissant gebracht. Insgesamt ist der Preis für diese Leistung und diesen Service viel zu hoch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Schlossblick
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Einrichtungsstil der Zimmer war dem Namen des Hotels angepasst. Das Bad war sehr schön eingerichtet und funktional gut (Bad wurde nicht geflutet, wenn man duscht). Vom Zimmer hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf das Schloss.
