Agréable moment en famille
Pros:

Environnent agréable et à 5 mins d’un métro avec un 7 eleven juste en face. Chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée. Personnel professionnel.

Cons:

Petit bémols pour le petit déjeuner qui était un peu en dessous des attentes d’un hôtel de ce standing.

A nice comfy room.
Pros:

The room was large and clean and of a decent size given that it's in Osaka, but had no view to speak of. The bed (comfy) and the bathroom (glittering) were excellent. There are do-it-yourself laundry facilities, which we used successfully. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which definitely brightened up our stay.

Cons:

There is no real lounge or bar area to hang out in. The breakfast was just okay; I felt they were trying too hard to cater to European tastes, and although there was some Japanese food, there was not much to choose from and it was of average quality; it felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant.

Disgraceful breakfast, poor staff attitude but great room!

Cons:

Attitude of staff was poor. The breakfast was truly the worst I have ever had in a hotel anywhere. Tea made up already, poor selection of poor food. You have to ask for a knife so you can spread the slither of margarine onto the dry bread and the staff really don't want you to have a knife - why?? Should have known it was going to be bad as v small breakfast area for large hotel but that's because you will only go once. Such a shame as hotel itself is fine.

Erstklassiges Hotel, absolute Empfehlung!
Pros:

Sehr großes Badezimmer, mit genialer Ausstattung. Das Zimmer war geräuming, gemütlich und sehr gut eingerichtet; Moderner TV und angemessene Wi-Fi geschwindigkeit. Alles in allem sehr sehr gut!

Cons:

Zweibettzimmer; die Betten könnten etwas weiter auseinander stehen, und z.B. durch einen Tisch getrennt sein. Frückstück war etwas eintönig, aber an sich war das Frühstück gut.
