Ein fantastisches Hotel
Pros:

Das Bad mit extra Dusche und eine Badewanne, alles extrem sauber! Die Betten waren super bequem, es gab antiallergischen Bettdecken und Luftreiniger im Zimmer. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt an einer U-Bahn Station. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Waschmaschine mit einem integrierten Trockner hat nicht optimal gewaschen, manche Wäsche haben noch mehr gestunken wie davor.
(Wenn man aber keine lange Reise macht, muss man auch nicht unbedingt waschen. Ich habe es doch gemacht, weil es extrem heiß war und auch unsere neu gekaufte Kleider wasche ich immer, bevor ich sie anziehe.)

Hôtel bien situé pour profiter des highlights d’Osaka
Pros:

Proximité d’une entrée de métro (très utile en cas de pluie). Gentillesse du personnel. Propreté des lieux. Machine à laver qui nous a bien servi :-)

O melhor hotel da nossa viagem ao Japão
Pros:

Este foi, sem dúvida, o melhor hotel onde ficámos durante toda a nossa viagem ao Japão. A localização é excelente, com um 7-Eleven mesmo em frente e uma estação de metro muito próxima, tornando todas as deslocações muito fáceis.
O quarto era espaçoso, muito confortável, extremamente limpo e muito bem equipado. As áreas comuns são elegantes, acolhedoras e muito agradáveis, e existe ainda a possibilidade de tomar um pequeno-almoço ligeiro, o que é uma mais-valia.
O maior destaque vai, no entanto, para toda a equipa. Foram incansáveis a ajudar-nos quando perdemos um objeto no Shinkansen. Fizeram tudo o que estava ao alcance deles para contactar os serviços competentes e acompanhar a situação até conseguirmos recuperá-lo. Esse nível de dedicação fez toda a diferença e mostrou um serviço ao cliente verdadeiramente excecional.
Não temos absolutamente nada de negativo a apontar. Se voltarmos a Osaka, ficaremos aqui novamente sem qualquer dúvida. Recomendo este hotel a 100%.

Pros:

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Osaka comportant plusieurs points d’intérêt distants les uns des autres, cet hôtel est bien situé pour profiter au maximum de la ville. Le personnel de la réception est accueillant. Bouteilles d’eau à disposition. Notre chambre était très propre, aucun bruit, les lits étaient très confortables (matelas fermes).

La posizione è ottima, davvero vicinissima alla fermata della metropolitana, e le camere sono ampie e spaziose. Nota di merito speciale per lo staff, davvero eccezionale, cortese e sempre disponibile.
