Pros:

The room facing the inner court was quiet and comfort. The air conditioner saved our lives indeed. The cleaning of the bathroom could be improved. The breakfast was fine - very delicious omelette, 4 types of cheese, some cake. It's not something special but it's fresh and tasty. The stuff was very polite and could help you with any information regarding your trip.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a very well working A/C (we came during extreme heat wave in Paris).

Cons:

The TV was didn't have any channels for non-French speaking guests. There wasn't even an option to download Netflix or Disney+ which I could log in on to access English programs.

Un soggiorno breve, ma decisamente piacevole!
Pros:

La scelta di soggiornare all’Hotel Soft si è rivelata davvero ottima! La posizione è strategica e permette di raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali zone di Parigi.
Un ringraziamento speciale va al personale della struttura, in particolare ad Ahmed e Hatim, che mi hanno accolta con grande gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione durante tutto il soggiorno.
Ho apprezzato molto anche la colazione, con un’ampia scelta sia di proposte dolci, come torte e croissant, sia di alternative salate, in particolare i salumi e i formaggi freschi, di ottima qualità.
Un’esperienza piacevole che consiglio vivamente!

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che ho trovato leggermente migliorabile, e non del tutto in linea con l’ottimo livello generale della struttura, riguarda il copriwater: la dimensione non era adeguata rispetto alla tazza della toilette, risultando un po’ più piccolo e quindi meno comodo nell’utilizzo.

Good Value in Paris
Pros:

Great location. Close to stations and good restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was similar each day, but delicious. Great staff. Friendly and willing to assist.

Cons:

The door knob for the washroom was wobbly; it could use some tightening up. Elevator was a bit tight for 2 people, but glad to have it. Wish they had key cards instead of a bulky key chain that you leave behind.

Wonderful hotel in great Parisian location!
Pros:

Excellent intimate hotel in very Parisian area. Lovely view from the room onto the street. Very clean room, nicely decorated and very bright.

Die Zimmer und Betten waren sehr bequem und das Frühstück klein aber fein. Super Lage nahe am Bahnhof

Cons:

Es hätte etwas leiser sein können. Da die Mitgearbeitet wohl wissen, dass die Wände dünn sind Hängen im den Fluren allerdings Schilder, die die Gäste darauf aufmerksam machen

Another very happy stay at Hotel Soft
Pros:

We love staying at Hotel Soft, have stayed there yearly for at least 5 years and never been disappointed
The staff are always so kind and helpful , the rooms, although small, ( what room isn’t in Paris!) are perfectly adequate with everything one needs and very clean and everything works well, bed comfortable
Breakfast is included and a good selection to suit most people, it is held in the area off the lobby , small but we always find a table

Blizina željeznice i dobra povezanost s centrom grada.

Cons:

Doručak je bio vrlo oskudan. Hrane gotovo da nije bilo. Za vrijeme doručka nije bilo pribora za jelo. Soba je bila djelomično očišćena. Improvizirani ormar s nedovoljno mjesta za odlaganje odjeće. Hladnjak u sobi nije radio.
Srećom, došli smo vidjeti Pariz pa smo u sobi malo boravili, ali neki standardi se ipak moraju zadovoljiti za ***. Za ovu vrijednost ipak smo očekivali više.
