Fabulous dog friendly hotel with very welcoming & friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was great & the staff were very happy & friendly.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to bring their dogs away with them as it’s a very dog friendly hotel.
Nice having a private free carpark to the rear of the property.

Wonderful stay

Served it’s purpose, we stayed for the weekend over Badminton horse trials. Would stay again just need to sort the food

Our room was really large , the decor was very calming, we were in the outside courtroom bedroom , it was spotless through out the. It was great value for money , we couldn’t understand why it is only rated 3star as we’ve definitely stayed in a lot less nicer and cleaner 4star’s .

Det har været en fornøjelse at være hos jer – og vi tager hjem med de bedste minder.
Pros:

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold på King’s Arms. Personalet var utrolig søde og imødekommende, og vi følte os velkomne fra det øjeblik, vi ankom.

Morgenmaden var virkelig dejlig – ikke en traditionel buffet, men et menukort, hvor tjenerne kommer hen og spørger, hvad man ønsker. Det gav en meget hyggelig og personlig oplevelse. Aftensmaden var også rigtig god.

Hotellet ligger helt perfekt midt i Melksham, så beliggenheden kunne næsten ikke være bedre. Værelset var dejligt med en rigtig god seng, og vi havde vores lille hund med, som personalet tog så kærligt imod. Man kan virkelig mærke, at hunde er meget velkomne her.

Vi kan varmt anbefale King’s Arms og kommer helt sikkert igen.

Tusind tak for et helt fantastisk ophold. Vi har følt os så velkomne fra start til slut, og jeres venlighed, smil og gode service har virkelig gjort en forskel.

Accès facile. Parking.
Personnel très serviable et environnement très agréable.

Cons:

Il était indiqué 1 lit double et 1 lit simple dans la chambre. Le lit simple s'est révélé être un futon, pas des plus confortable à cause des barres de l'armature qu'on pouvait sentir à travers le matelas.

Lovely staff, great food and accommodation.
Pros:

Lovely room and ensuite and matched the pictures online. The room was located in the courtyard and I thought there may be some late evening noise, cars leaving the pub carpark etc. but we didn't hear anything. The staff were lovely and food was gorgeous both for dinner and breakfast and there was plenty of options on the menu. It's a great location for exploring!

Carpark wasn't particularly well signposted from the road.
