Dezamăgitoare gestionarea unei oferte situații de criza!
Pros:

Excepțional întregul complex de vile, cu facilități diverse și multă verdeață.

Cons:

Aproape 24 de ore nu a existat apă menajeră în întregul complex: nici pentru spălat, nici pentru closete, ceea ce a fost extrem de neplăcut. Au dat de la recepție cate două bidoane de 5 litri de apă, însă absolut insuficient. Și deși în complex erau și persoane vârstnice, nu au livrat bidoanele la locurile de cazare; trebuia să le ridici de la recepție.
Am solicitat un discount pentru această mare problemă și nici nu m-am băgat în seamă!
