Location was fabulous for the beach we even had a lovely sea view from our room, staff were friendly welcoming and helpful, room was clean and perfect for our stay
We felt the hotel was more tailored to the older client and thus was reflected in the corridors smelling a little fusty and looking a bit worn, however this did not impact the room which was fresh and well maintained

It was slight pricey at £110 for one night room only. But it is by the sea and it was peak season.

The room was good, we were on the 5th floor with a sea view,
Thought the breakfast time's of 8-840 was a rather small window .
A longer breakfast window, say till 9-30.
