My conference was literally across street from parking lot of hotel.

I had asked for a room with a view however after checking in, I had the view of the building next door. Rm 734
Room to small. Beds were double beds and I asked for Queen. Too small .
it is perfectly located in downtown, near convention center, an open and modern lobby.

Right opposite ISEF location , fantastic bedsheets , good suite rooms , managers on duty from Michele to Melanie were all absolutely fantastic

Accommodating
Staff was rude, no one was there to help with my bags, I paid for late check out and they kept calling and knocking on the door bc I guess they weren’t telling each other that I had already paid for a late check out. It was really annoying.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The lobby was spacious and beautifully designed, making a great first impression. Everything was spotless, which I really appreciated.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was dining at the restaurant, Carcara.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
