Vlídný a velmi vstřícný personál na recepci, umístění hotelu v poměru s cenou. Mírné opotřebení vybavení není překvapivé. Matrace byly měkčí, než bych preferoval, ale to není výtka, každý má jinou preferenci.

Super misto pro nasi rychlo akci ‘vlak-ubytovat-kino Lucerna-prespat-vlak’ a navic za dobrou cenu.

Už nikdy více do tohoto hotelu

Klimatizace vana a tlak ve sprše 👍

Cons:

Na to že si hrajou na **** hvězdy tak Špinavé střešní okno co nešlo ani zavřít, koberec špinavý jako prase, postele vrzali ještě dřív než se jich člověk dotkl, pak jsem zkusil dát na stranu čelo postele a bylo tam hodně rybenek nebo co to bylo dám foto a zdi taky žádná čistota… už nikdy více do tohoto hotelu….

Possui custo benefício razoável, mas sem mehorias no quarto, não retornaria.
Pros:

Localização excelente, funcionários prestativos, café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

As janelas do quarto não abrem e nem possuíam cortinas que impedissem totalmente a luminosidade da rua. Em um dos dias, acordei às 5h30 devido a claridade. O quarto possui um carpete, que não parecia muito limpo, assim como foi possível ver teias de aranha no teto. No quarto a lâmpada principal estava queimada, de forma que apenas as dos abajures ao lado da cama estavam funcionando.
