Very friendly staff, very helpful. We didn't know we would need tickets / admission for the fireworks, and the reception tried to get some for us for at least 15 min. Good location with a few min walk to the Piazza San Marco

Cons:

Breakfast was not the best, but still good. You can ask for scrambled Egos freshly made, we didn't know that the first morning

Pros:

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Matkatavarasäilytys onnistui aikaisin tullessa ja myöhään lähtiessä. Hyvä aamiainen. Huoneessa iso ja toimiva kylpyhuone ja tehokas ilmastointi. Oikein kiva hotelli ja siisti yleisilme.

Pros:

Vicinanza alla Fenice e praticamente a due passi da Piazza San Marco

Cons:

Ascensore arriva solo al secondo piano...poi occorre fare una piccola rampa di scale.
Nulla di spaventoso ma forse da segnalare in via di prenotazione nel caso ci fossero persone con difficoltà deambulatorie.
