Hotel sans charme, impersonnel, avec des chambres sans vues et des climatisations hyper bruyantes.
Quiet and nice pool
Not actually by the lake and rooms are tired
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich . Das Hotel ist sehr sehr schön auch der Garten ist herrlich. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und in die Betten schläft man sehr gut. Der Frühstücks Raum ist großzügig,hell und auch gut klimatisiert. Das Personal sehr freundlich und schnell. Kann von zehn Punkten elf geben.
Gibt es nichts.

Hotel fantastico! Mi è piaciuto tutto dalla camera spaziosa e pulitissima alla piscina panoramica al terzo piano.

Niente
La vista dal balcone è stupenda, la colazione è ricca e ben fornita per qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. Il personale è disponibile e gentile, la spa è ben attrezzata e pulita. La pulizia della camera e del bagno erano perfetti, il bagno molto spazioso.

Piscina al piano superiore carina ma non pulitissima e la pavimentazione aveva delle sconnessioni tanto che mio marito ci ha lasciato un dito del piede

Il nome mi aveva ingannato sulla posizione: l'hotel si trova ad 1,5km dal piccolo centro di Rivoltella ed a 5km dal centro di Desenzano.
I servizi extra sono troppo cari:
-parcheggio per biciclette a €5/giorno consiste in una rastrelliera in garage, viaggiando con una bici di valore, ci hanno fatto la cortesia di chiuderla in magazzino (che dovevano venire ad aprire e chiudere ogni volta);
- noleggio bici (non elettrica) €10 per mezza giornata, €20 per tutto il giorno. Volevamo prenderla per andare a cena in centro a Desenzano ma avremmo dovuto riportarla entro le 22.
Questi servizi, in un 4 stelle, dovrebbero essere gratuiti, a mio avviso.
Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our visit.
A special mention has to go to the host, who was absolutely fantastic — incredibly kind, welcoming, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
The staff were equally amazing: friendly, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made a difference and made our stay feel extra special.
The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we hoped for. The whole experience was smooth and relaxing from start to finish.
We would definitely stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for great accommodation combined with truly outstanding hospitality.
