Няма вечерен ресторант, цената е за 4 звезди, но в нея е включена самп закуска . спа се доплаща допълнително.
Гараж също се доплаща на цена 20 евро на нощ.
The staff were excellent and accommodating, ensuring our early morning taxi was there in time and providing us with a takeaway breakfast, gluten free. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms are lovely and the bed is very comfortable. The rooftop pool is very nice and the spa is stunning.
There is no restaurant in the evening which was a little surprising for a 4star hotel. The air conditioning was temperamental in our room. The booking said a free minibar in our room but that is misleading as there was only water and soft drinks in the fridge which was quite warm.

Bellissima struttura con grande camera con terrazzo e lettini. Colazione varia e abbondante, posizione funzionale ai nostri interessi.
L'acqua del lavabo spruzzava dapertutto, allagando tutto il piano del lavandino e anche per terra.
Non è stato possibile fare un late check out ma capisco siano periodi intensi...

Una garanzia a Desenzano,hotel storico sempre molto ben tenuto e curato nei particolari.Ottima colazione, due piscine scoperte a disposizione e SPA su prenotazione.Un ottima soluzione per rilassarsi un weekend!
Forse una policy un pò troppo rigida non permette agli ospiti di utilizzare gli spazi comuni subito dopo il check out che essendo stato fissato al max per le 11:00 qualche disagio lo crea.Maggior disponibilità e flessibilità sarebbe certamente apprezzata soprattutto dal target di clientela di riferimento.
