Great location, easy access to city and amenities. Spacious rooms
Pros:

Clean room, easily accessible once you get down from the train station - i guess a 15-20 minute tram ride. the property is practically bang opposite the tram station. room kitchenette is a huge plus. there are 2 supermarkets close by - Esselunga (1 tram station away) and Coop (2 tram stations away) - both huge outlets, and very well stocked. Coop also has a breakfast counter with pastries, sandwiches and coffee - good enough to set you up for the day before you head into the main city area. In case you have a car rental, Europcar (Florence Novoli) is just across the street from Coop.

Essentially - you'll be staying slightly away from the city hustle bustle, hear less of ambulance/police sirens which you would hear anywhere else in Italy. But at the same time, access to amenities and the city in general is very convenient. No need to take ubers anywhere. City buses and tram are more than sufficient for your commute to/from the property.

Bathroom was stocked well - enough towels, toileteries, and electronics for use. Most importantly, it was squeaky clean.

Staff is friendly and helpful, and fairly prompt. We didn't meet anyone at the property, just whatsapp communication - including check-in, keys info, check-out.

Cons:

There was no chopping knife in the kitchenette, so we couldn't chop our veggies/fruits to prep salads/food, but that's a very minor struggle in all honesty. Other than that, no significant challenges.

City Break
Pros:

Cazarea a fost perfectă pentru noi. Totul a fost foarte curat, iar comunicarea cu proprietarii a fost excelentă. De fiecare dată când am avut o întrebare, am discutat prin WhatsApp și am primit răspuns rapid, prompt și fără niciun fel de problemă.
Locația este foarte bună, la aproximativ un minut de mers pe jos de stația T2, care oferă acces rapid către centru și către principalele zone ale orașului.
Tot la un minut de mers pe jos se găsește o cofetărie/gelaterie foarte bună, de unde poți lua cafea, espresso, croissante și alte produse pentru micul dejun. De asemenea, în apropiere, la aproximativ 500 de metri, se află și un magazin Lidl, ceea ce este foarte util.
Per total, am fost foarte mulțumiți. Raportul calitate–preț este foarte bun și am reveni cu drag.

Pros:

Pokoj byl prostorný a čistý a měl všechno, co je potřeba. Možná jen chyběla mikrovlnná trouba a malé lžičky, ale jinak bylo vše dostatečné. Poloha hned u šaliny, která do centra jede cca 15 minut.

La cuisine bien équipée.

Cons:

Dommage de ne pas avoir fait une meilleur isolation de la porte d'entrée. Le seul moment calme est entre 00h et 6h00.

Logement avec parking couvert et ferme très rassurant pour rester plusieurs jours sans se préoccuper de sa voiture.Acces avec code pour le parking et un autre code pour l'entrée et l'appart. fourni le jour même de votre arrivée, communication par Wattsapp très réactif.Le parking est à 15€ par jour pour citadine et 18€ SUV. Très beau volume de chambre, le lit est très grand et très confortable, eau chaude au top.Arret de tram juste au pied de l'immeuble.A 10min de la gare Novella situé 1km a pied de la cathédrale, et 20m en tram de la Galerie Academia.Je ne lui est trouve que des points positifs.Prix d'un aller en tram 1.70€ si vous prennez le carnet de dix il est a 15€.
