Relaxed and content!
Pros:

Professional, very friendly and efficient staff, they assisted me with all of my needs! The airport shuttle, cleaning and front desk services were exceptional!

Cons:

There is nothing that I did not like. The location is great. Whole Foods, which I utilized was only 15 minutes away. Gas station located a minute away, very convenient for me to top up on the way to the airport.

Pros:

The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was adequate for our overnight needs. Carlos, the manager, helped rectify a matter we encountered. We woukd stay again.

Cons:

The airport shuttle took over an hour to come to the airport after midnight. All the other airport shuttles came through multiple times before ours slowly came through. It was very frustrating.

Cons:

Uno de los ascensores estaba dañado lo que hacía la espera muy larga por el único ascensor que estaba operativo.

Not pleased with this Hilton property bathroom.
Pros:

Check in process was excellent, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Built rapport asking how was my flight and shuttle to the property. Advise the benefits of my Hilton account.

Cons:

The bathroom in room 322 over the sink didn't have hot water. The shower head needed to be replaced with dirty water and in balanced water leaving from the shower head.
